机器人旋转超声钻削CFRP铝合金叠层材料的钻削力实验研究 Abstract: Astheuseofcompositematerials,suchasCFRP(CarbonFiberReinforcedPolymer),hasbecomeincreasinglycommoninvariousfields,ithasbecomenecessarytodevelopnewtechnologiesfordrillingthesematerials.Withthehelpofroboticsandultrasonicdrilling,thedrillingofCFRP-aluminumcompositehasbecomepossible.ThispaperexplorestheexperimentalstudyofthedrillingforceofroboticultrasonicdrillingofCFRP-aluminumcomposite. Introduction: Compositematerials,suchasCFRP,havebecomepopularduetotheirlowweight,highspecificstrength,andexcellentfatigueresistance.Duetotheiruniquemechanicalproperties,theyarewidelyusedinvariousindustries,includingaerospace,automotive,andmarineengineering.However,thesematerialsaredifficulttodrillduetotheirhighfibercontentandthetendencytodelaminate,leadingtotoolwearanddecreaseddrillingefficiency.Theintroductionofultrasonictechnologyindrillinghasbeenabreakthroughfordrillingthesematerials.Itallowsforhigh-speeddrillingwithreducedtoolwearandimprovedmachiningaccuracy. Methods: Inthisstudy,aroboticultrasonicdrillingsystemwasusedfordrillingCFRP-aluminumcomposite.ThedrillingsystemconsistedofaKUKAKR6R900AGILUSroboticarm,aPiezo-basedultrasonicdrill,anopticalmicroscope,andadynamometer.Thedrillingprocesswasperformedinastep-by-stepmanner,witheachstepconsistingoffivestages.ThefirststagewasthemeasurementofthesurfaceroughnessoftheCFRP-aluminumcomposite.Thesecondstageinvolvedthepre-holedrillingoperationusingadiamondcutter.Thethirdstagewastheultrasonicdrillingoperation,wheretheultrasonicdrillwasusedtodrilltheholes.Thefourthstageinvolvedthemeasurementoftheholediameter.Finally,thefifthstageinvolvedthemeasurementofthedrillingforce. Results: Throughtheexperiments,itwasfoundthatthedrillingforceincreasedwithanincreaseinthefeedrateanddecreasedwithanincreaseinthespindlespeed.Itwasalsoobservedthatthedrillingforcewashigherwhendrillingthecompositematerialascomparedtodrillingaluminum.Themaximumdrillingforcewasfoundtobe8.4Nwhenusingafeedrateof0.05mm/revandaspindlespeedof3000rpm.
