改变碳输入对樟树人工林土壤有机碳组分的影响 Title:ImpactofCarbonInputonOrganicCarbonCompositionofCamphorTreePlantationSoil Abstract: Soilorganiccarbon(SOC)compositionplaysavitalroleinmaintainingsoilfertilityandecosystemfunctioning.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectsofcarboninputonthecompositionoforganiccarbonincamphortreeplantationsoil.Theresearchprimarilyfocusesonunderstandingthealterationsinthequalityandquantityoforganiccarboncomponentsunderdifferentcarboninputregimes.Thefindingsfromthisstudyareessentialfordevelopingsustainablelandmanagementpracticesincamphortreeplantations. 1.Introduction: Camphortree(Cinnamomumcamphora)plantationsareeconomicallysignificant,providingtimber,essentialoils,andenvironmentalbenefits.Therelationshipbetweencarboninputandsoilorganiccarboncompositionhasaprofoundimpactonplantgrowth,carbonsequestration,andoverallecosystemstability.However,limitedresearchhasbeenconductedtoexplorethisrelationshipspecificallyincamphortreeplantationsoils. 2.Methodology: 2.1Experimentaldesign:Thestudyemploysarandomizedblockdesignwiththreetreatments:lowcarboninput,mediumcarboninput,andhighcarboninput. 2.2Soilsampling:Soilsampleswillbecollectedfromdifferentdepths(0-10cm,10-20cm,and20-30cm)ineachtreatmentusingasoilcorer. 2.3Soilphysicochemicalanalysis:Organiccarboncontent,totalnitrogen,pH,andmoisturecontentwillbedeterminedfollowingstandardlaboratoryprotocols. 2.4Organiccarbonfractionation:FractionationoforganiccarbonwillbeperformedusingamodifiedWalkley-BlackmethodtodeterminethecompositionofSOCcomponents. 2.5Statisticalanalysis:Statisticalanalysiswillbeconductedusinganalysisofvariance(ANOVA)toexaminesignificantdifferencesamongtreatments. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: 3.1Organiccarboncontent:Resultsindicatedasignificantincreaseinsoilorganiccarboncontentwithincreasingcarboninput. 3.2Organiccarboncomposition:Highcarboninputwasfoundtopromotetheaccumulationoflabileorganiccarbonfractions,suchasparticulateorganiccarbonandmicrobialbiomasscarbon,whilelowcarboninputfavoredtheincorporationofmorestableca
