微细电火花加工中放电参数高速采集系统的研究 Title:AStudyonHigh-SpeedAcquisitionSystemforMicroElectricalDischargeMachiningParameters Abstract: Microelectricaldischargemachining(EDM)iswidelyrecognizedasaneffectivetechniqueforprecisionmachiningofcomplexandintricateshapes,especiallyformaterialsthataredifficulttomachineusingtraditionalmethods.InmicroEDM,accuratecontrolofdischargeparametersiscrucialforachievinghighprecisionandefficiency.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatethedevelopmentandapplicationofahigh-speedacquisitionsystemformonitoringandcontrollingthedischargeparametersduringmicroEDM.Thispaperdiscussesthesystemarchitecture,dataacquisitionandanalysistechniques,andthepotentialbenefitsandchallengesinimplementingsuchasystemformicroEDM. 1.Introduction MicroEDMisanon-traditionalmachiningprocessthatutilizesthethermalenergyofelectricaldischargestoremovematerialfromworkpieces.Theprocessinvolvescontrollingvariousparameters,suchasdischargecurrent,voltage,pulseduration,frequency,andpolarity,toachievedesiredmaterialremovalratesandsurfaceintegrity.However,thetraditionalcontrolmethodsformicroEDMoftenrelyonmanualadjustmentandvisualinspection,leadingtoalackofaccurateandreal-timecontrol. 2.SystemArchitecture Thehigh-speedacquisitionsystemformicroEDMparametersconsistsofseveralkeycomponents,includingthedischargegenerator,sensors,dataacquisitiondevice,datastorageandprocessingunit,andagraphicaluserinterface.Thedischargegeneratorsuppliestherequiredelectricalenergyduringthemachiningprocess,whilethesensorscapturethereal-timedataofdischargeparameters.Thedataacquisitiondeviceinterfaceswiththesensors,collectsandconvertstheanalogdataintodigitalformforfurtheranalysis. 3.DataAcquisitionandAnalysisTechniques Thehigh-speedacquisitionsystemcapturesreal-timedatafromthesensorsatamuchhigherfrequencycomparedtotraditionalsystems.Thisallowsforthecollectionofmoreaccurateanddetailedinformationaboutthedischargeparameters,suchasdischargecurrent,voltage,andpulseduration.Signalprocessingtechniques,suchasfilteringandsignalaveraging,canbeempl
