多联产鼓泡流化床内气固流动特性数值模拟研究 Title:NumericalSimulationStudyonGas-SolidFlowCharacteristicsinMulti-phasePackedBubbleFluidizedBed Abstract: Thepurposeofthisresearchistoinvestigatethegas-solidflowcharacteristicsinamulti-phasepackedbubblefluidizedbedthroughnumericalsimulation.Apackedbubblefluidizedbedisatypeoffluidizedbedwheresolidparticlesareheldinapackedbed,andgasisintroducedthroughbubbles.Thisstudyaimstogainabetterunderstandingoftheflowbehaviorandefficiencyofgas-solidmixinginthistypeofreactor.Toachievethis,anumericalmodelwasdevelopedbasedontheEuler-Eulerapproach,whichtreatsgasandsolidphasesasseparatecontinua.Thetwo-fluidmodelwasutilizedtosolvethegoverningequationsforgasandsolidphases,includingthecontinuity,momentum,andturbulenceequations.Thesimulationresultswerevalidatedagainstexperimentaldatafromtheliterature,andgoodagreementwasobtained.Thevalidatednumericalmodelwasthenusedtoinvestigatetheeffectofvariousoperatingconditionsanddesignparametersonthegas-solidflowcharacteristicsinthemulti-phasepackedbubblefluidizedbed,suchasgasvelocity,particlesize,bedheight,andbubblediameter.Theresultsrevealedimportantinsightsintothehydrodynamicsofthesystem,includingtheformationofbubbles,gasdistribution,solidsmixing,andpressuredropacrossthebed.Thisresearchcontributestotheunderstandingofgas-solidflowcharacteristicsinmulti-phasepackedbubblefluidizedbedsandprovidesvaluableguidanceforthedesignandoptimizationofsuchreactors.
