基于协同视角的垃圾焚烧PPP项目运营期绩效评价研究 【Abstract】 Withtheincreasingimportanceofenvironmentalprotectionandwastemanagement,Public-PrivatePartnership(PPP)projectsinthefieldofwasteincinerationhavebeenwidelyadopted.EvaluatingtheperformanceofPPPprojectsduringtheoperationperiodisofgreatsignificanceforoptimizingoperations,enhancingefficiencyandpromotingsustainabledevelopment.ThispaperaimstoinvestigatetheperformanceevaluationofwasteincinerationPPPprojectsfromacollaborativeperspective.Throughaliteraturereview,casestudyanalysis,andexpertinterviews,thisstudyexploresthekeyperformanceindicators,evaluatestheperformanceofwasteincinerationPPPprojects,andprovidessuggestionsforprojectoptimization. 【Introduction】 Inrecentyears,wasteincinerationhasbecomeanimportantmethodforwastedisposalduetoitsadvantagesinreducingwastevolume,generatingrenewableenergy,andreducingenvironmentalpollution.Toensuretheefficientandsustainableoperationofwasteincinerationfacilities,manycountriesandregionshaveadoptedthePPPmodel,whichinvolvescollaborationbetweenpublicandprivatesectors.EvaluatingtheperformanceofPPPprojectsduringtheoperationperiodisessentialforidentifyingstrengths,weaknesses,andareasforimprovement.ThisresearchaimstoevaluatetheperformanceofwasteincinerationPPPprojectsbasedonacollaborativeperspectiveandproviderecommendationsforprojectoptimization. 【LiteratureReview】 TheliteraturereviewexaminestherelevantconceptsofPPPprojectsandperformanceevaluation.Itinvestigatesthemajorperformanceevaluationframeworksandkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)forwasteincinerationprojects.Thereviewhighlightstheimportanceofcollaborationbetweenpublicandprivatepartnersandthesignificanceofbalanced,objective,andcomprehensiveperformanceevaluationmethods. 【Methodology】 Thisstudyemploysamixed-methodsapproach,combiningqualitativeandquantitativeresearchmethods.ItincludesacasestudyanalysisofsuccessfulwasteincinerationPPPprojectsandexpertinterviewswithindustryprofessionals.Thecasestudyanalysishelpsidentifythekeysuccessfactorsandchallengesfacedbywasteinci
