基于ABAQUS的PDC钻头切削齿破岩仿真及热分析 Abstract Inthispaper,thesimulationandthermalanalysisofthecuttingteethofPDCdrillbitforrockdrillingbasedonABAQUSwerestudied.Firstly,thecuttingprocessofPDCdrillbitwassimulated,andthenthethermaldistributionofthecuttingteethwasanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthesimulationresultsofthecuttingprocessareconsistentwiththeactualsituation.Duringthedrillingprocess,duetothehightemperaturegeneratedbythefrictionbetweenthePDCcuttingteethandtherock,thetemperaturedistributionofthecuttingteethisuneven.Thehighesttemperatureappearsatthefrontedgeofthecuttingteethanddecreasesgraduallytotherearedge.TheresearchresultsprovideatheoreticalbasisfortheoptimizationdesignofPDCdrillbitsandtheimprovementofdrillingefficiency. Introduction PDCdrillbitisanewtypeofrockdrillingtooldevelopedinrecentyears.ThecuttingteethofPDCdrillbitaremadeofpolycrystallinediamond(PDC)andcarbidesubstrate.Comparedwithtraditionalrockdrillingtools,PDCdrillbithastheadvantagesofhighefficiency,longservicelife,andlowcost.However,duringthedrillingprocess,thehightemperaturegeneratedbythefrictionbetweenthePDCcuttingteethandtherockwillleadtothethermaldamageofthecuttingteethandaffectthedrillingefficiency.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetostudythethermaldistributionofPDCcuttingteethduringthedrillingprocess. SimulationandAnalysis ABAQUSsoftwarewasusedtosimulatethecuttingprocessofPDCdrillbit.ThegeometryanddimensionsofthePDCcuttingteethwereimportedintothesoftware,andtherockmaterialwasdefinedasarigidbodyinthesimulation.ThecuttingprocesswassimulatedbyestablishingarigidfrictionalcontactbetweenthePDCcuttingteethandtherock,andthecuttingforce,cuttingtemperature,anddisplacementofthecuttingteethwereobtainedbypost-processingthesimulationresults. Theresultsshowthatduringthecuttingprocess,duetothehighcontactpressureandfrictionalheatbetweenthecuttingteethandtherock,thetemperatureofthecuttingteethincreasesrapidly.Thesimulationresultsofthecuttingforceanddisplacementareconsistentwiththeactualsituation,whichindicatesthatthesimulation
