基于ANSYS的高温高压压力容器筒体与封头应力分析 Abstract Thispaperpresentsastressanalysisofahigh-temperature,high-pressurepressurevesselwithemphasisonthecylindricalbodyandtheendcaps.TheFiniteElementAnalysis(FEA)softwareANSYSwasusedtomodelandanalyzethepressurevesselundervariousloadingconditions.ResultsoftheanalysisindicatedthatthepressurevesselmettheallowablestresslimitsrequiredbyASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCode.Thisstudyprovidesanimportantcontributiontothefieldofmechanicalengineeringandenhancestheunderstandingofhigh-temperature,high-pressurepressurevessels. Introduction Pressurevesselsareusedinvariousindustriessuchaschemical,petrochemical,andpowergenerationplants.Pressurevesselsoperateunderhighpressure,hightemperature,andsometimeshazardousconditions,whichcanposeasignificantrisktothesafetyoftheworkersandthepublic.Therefore,thedesignandanalysisofpressurevesselsareessentialtoensuretheirsafetyandreliability. ModelingandAnalysis ThepressurevesselwasmodeledinANSYSasa3Dsolidmodelconsistingofacylindricalbodyandtwohemisphericalendcaps.ThematerialofthepressurevesselwasassumedtobeSA-516-70steel,whichiscommonlyusedinpressurevesselconstruction. Thedimensionsandspecificationsofthepressurevesselwereobtainedfromthedesigndrawings.Thepressurevesselwasdesignedtooperateatamaximumpressureof2000psiandatemperatureof600°F.Theinnerdiameterofthecylindricalbodywas24inches,andthethicknessoftheshellwas2inches.Theendcapshadathicknessof2.5inches. Thepressurevesselwasanalyzedundervariousloadingconditions,includinginternalpressure,thermalgradient,andweightofthecontents.Theinternalpressurewasappliedtothepressurevesselinincrements,startingfromzeroandincreasingtothemaximumoperatingpressureof2000psi.Thethermalgradientwasappliedtothepressurevesselbyassumingatemperaturedifferenceof
