基于CAE和灰色关联的汽车前门外板冲压成形工艺参数多目标优化 摘要: 随着汽车行业的不断发展,汽车制造工艺的自动化和效率的提高成为了制约汽车制造业发展的重要因素。本文针对汽车前门外板的冲压成形工艺参数进行多目标优化设计,采用CAE模拟和灰色关联分析相结合的方法,以达到优化工艺参数和提高生产效率的目的。 首先进行了前门外板的设计和制造,然后通过CAE模拟分析,选定了影响成形质量的关键因素和主要性能指标。然后,通过灰色关联分析,建立了工艺参数和性能指标之间的映射关系,确定了影响成形质量的关键工艺参数。接着,以成形深度、成形力和表面质量为优化目标,采用遗传算法进行了多目标优化设计,并进行了仿真验证。 实验结果表明,优化后的工艺参数明显优于传统的冲压成形参数,成形深度和表面质量得到了显著提高,成形力和生产效率也有了显著改善。 关键词:汽车前门外板、冲压成形工艺参数、多目标优化、CAE模拟、灰色关联 Abstract: Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheautomobileindustry,theautomationofautomobilemanufacturingtechnologyandtheimprovementofefficiencyhavebecomeimportantfactorsconstrainingthedevelopmentoftheautomobilemanufacturingindustry.Inthispaper,amulti-objectiveoptimizationdesignofthestampingformingprocessparametersforthefrontdoorouterpanelofthecarwascarriedout.AcombinationofCAEsimulationandgreycorrelationanalysiswasusedtoachievethepurposeofoptimizingprocessparametersandimprovingproductionefficiency. Firstly,thedesignandproductionofthefrontdoorouterpanelwerecarriedout.Then,throughCAEsimulationanalysis,thekeyfactorsaffectingtheformingqualityandthemainperformanceindicatorswereselected.Then,themappingrelationshipbetweenprocessparametersandperformanceindicatorswasestablishedthroughgreycorrelationanalysis,andthekeyprocessparametersaffectingtheformingqualityweredetermined.Then,geneticalgorithmwasusedtocarryoutmulti-objectiveoptimizationdesignwithformingdepth,formingforceandsurfacequalityasoptimizationobjectives,andsimulationverificationwascarriedout. Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheoptimizedprocessparametersareobviouslybetterthanthetraditionalstampingformingparameters,theformingdepthandsurfacequalityhavebeensignificantlyimproved,andtheformingforceandproductionefficiencyhavealsobeensignificantlyimproved.
