围产期奶牛日粮添加过瘤胃保护赖氨酸和蛋氨酸对其生产性能及新生犊牛生长的影响 Title:TheEffectsofAddingRumen-ProtectedLysineandMethionineintheDietsofPeriparturientCowsonTheirProductivePerformanceandGrowthofNewbornCalves Introduction: Duringtheperiparturientperiod,dairycowsundergosignificantphysiologicalandmetabolicchangesthatcanaffecttheirproductionperformanceandoverallhealth.Tosupportoptimalproductivityandhealthduringthiscriticalperiod,itisimportanttoprovidecowswithawell-balanceddietconsistingofessentialnutrients,includingaminoacids.Lysineandmethioninearetwoessentialaminoacidsthatplaycrucialrolesindairycowmetabolism,proteinsynthesis,andmilkproduction.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectsofaddingrumen-protectedlysineandmethionineinthedietsofperiparturientcowsontheirproductiveperformanceaswellasthegrowthofnewborncalves. Methods: Inthisstudy,50periparturientcowsinlategestationwereselectedanddividedintotwogroups:thecontrolgroup(n=25)andthetreatmentgroup(n=25).Thecontrolgroupwasfedastandarddiet,whilethetreatmentgroupreceivedthesamedietsupplementedwithrumen-protectedlysineandmethionine.Thecompositionofthedietswassimilarintermsofenergy,protein,andotheressentialnutrients.Parameterssuchasdrymatterintake,milkyield,milkcomposition,bodyweightchanges,andcalvingdifficultywererecordedforbothgroups.Additionally,thegrowthofnewborncalves,includingbirthweight,dailyweightgain,andoverallhealth,wasalsomonitored. Results: Theresultsofthisstudyshowedsignificantimprovementsinproductiveperformanceandnewborncalfgrowthinthetreatmentgroupcomparedtothecontrolgroup.Cowsinthetreatmentgrouphadhigherdrymatterintake,resultinginincreasedenergyandnutrientavailability.Consequently,milkyieldinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigher,withimprovedmilkcompositionintermsofproteincontent.Thisindicatesthattherumen-protectedlysineandmethioninesupplementationpositivelyinfluencedmilksynthesisandquality. Intermsofnewborncalves,thoseborntocowsinthetreatmentgrouphadhigherbirthweightsandexperiencedfasterdailyweightgaincomparedtothecontrolgroup.Thesupplementa
