原发性高血压患者TRPC1基因多态性与左心室肥厚的相关性研究 Title:CorrelationbetweenTRPC1GenePolymorphismandLeftVentricularHypertrophyinPatientswithPrimaryHypertension Abstract: Leftventricularhypertrophy(LVH)isacommoncomplicationinpatientswithprimaryhypertension,contributingsignificantlytocardiovascularmorbidityandmortality.ThepathogenesisofLVHiscomplexandmultifactorial,involvinggeneticsusceptibility.TRPC1isacalcium-permeablecationchannelthatplaysanimportantroleincardiachypertrophy.ThisstudyaimedtoinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenTRPC1genepolymorphismandLVHinpatientswithprimaryhypertension. Introduction: Primaryhypertensionisachronicmedicalconditioncharacterizedbysustainedelevationofbloodpressure.Itisamajorriskfactorforcardiovasculardiseases,includingLVH.LVHisanadaptiveresponseofthehearttoincreasedworkload,butitcanprogresstoheartfailureifleftuntreated.ThegeneticdeterminantsofLVHinhypertensivepatientsremainlargelyunknown.TRPC1isacrucialcomponentofthetransientreceptorpotential(TRP)channelfamilyandhasbeenimplicatedincardiachypertrophy.ThisstudyaimedtoexploretheassociationbetweenTRPC1genepolymorphismandLVHinprimaryhypertension. Methods: Atotalof200primaryhypertensionpatientswererecruitedforthisstudy.Demographicandclinicaldata,includingbloodpressuremeasurementsandechocardiographicparameters,werecollected.GenomicDNAwasextractedfrombloodsamples,andapolymerasechainreaction-restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphism(PCR-RFLP)assaywasusedtodetectTRPC1genepolymorphisms.TheassociationbetweenTRPC1genotypesandLVHwasanalyzedusinglogisticregressionanalysisadjustedforconfoundingfactors. Results: Amongthe200participants,120werefoundtohaveLVHbasedonechocardiographicparameters.TheprevalenceofLVHwashigherinpatientswiththeCTandTTgenotypesoftheTRPC1genecomparedtothosewiththeCCgenotype(p<0.05).LogisticregressionanalysisshowedthattheCTgenotype(oddsratio[OR]=2.15,95%confidenceinterval[CI]=1.23-3.74,p=0.007)andTTgenotype(OR=3.78,95%CI=2.12-6.74,p<0.001)wereassociatedwithanincreasedriskofLVHafteradjustingforage,gender,bodymass
