再生砖粉铝酸盐水泥基超高性能混凝土制备及高温后力学性能研究 Title:PreparationofRecycledBrickPowderandAluminumSilicateCementBasedUltra-HighPerformanceConcreteandStudyonMechanicalPropertiesafterHighTemperatureExposure Abstract: Ultra-highperformanceconcrete(UHPC)isanovelandadvancedconstructionmaterialthatexhibitsexceptionalmechanicalproperties.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatethepreparationofUHPCusingrecycledbrickpowderandaluminumsilicatecement.Furthermore,westudythemechanicalpropertiesofUHPCafterexposuretohightemperatures. 1.Introduction Ultra-highperformanceconcrete(UHPC)hasgainedconsiderableattentionintheconstructionindustryduetoitsoutstandingmechanicalpropertiesanddurability.However,thehighcostassociatedwithitsproductionandconcernsoverenvironmentalsustainabilityhaveledresearcherstoexploretheuseofrecycledmaterialssuchasbrickpowder.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethefeasibilityofutilizingrecycledbrickpowderalongwithaluminumsilicatecementtoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofUHPC. 2.ExperimentalProcedure 2.1Materials Thematerialsusedinthisstudyincluderecycledbrickpowder,aluminumsilicatecement,silicafume,high-rangewaterreducer,steelfibers,andsuperplasticizers. 2.2SpecimenPreparation VariousmixproportionsofUHPCwerepreparedbyreplacingapercentageofcementwithrecycledbrickpowder.Themixturesweredesignedtoachievethedesiredcompressivestrengthandworkability.TheUHPCspecimenswerecastandcuredundercontrolledconditions. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1MechanicalProperties Thecompressivestrength,flexuralstrength,andsplittensilestrengthofUHPCwithdifferentamountsofrecycledbrickpowderwereevaluated.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofrecycledbrickpowderledtoasignificantimprovementinthemechanicalpropertiesofUHPC.Thiscanbeattributedtothepozzolanicreactionbetweenthebrickpowderandcalciumhydroxide,resultinginenhancedhydrationanddensermicrostructure. 3.2High-TemperaturePerformance TheUHPCspecimensweresubjectedtohightemperatureexposureatvaryingtemperatures(e.g.,400°C,800°C,and1200°C).Afterexposure,themechanicalpropertiesofthespecimenswereevaluated.I
