低品位硼镁铁共生矿中镁资源逐级提取富集新工艺(英文) NewTechnologyforGradualExtractionandEnrichmentofMagnesiumResourceinLow-gradeBoron-magnesium-ironCoexistOres Introduction Magnesiumresourceiswidelyusedinvariousindustries,includingtheproductionofaluminumalloys,themanufactureofcorrosion-resistantmaterials,andtheproductionoffertilizersandsupplementsforanimalsandplants.Asthedemandformagnesiumresourcesincreases,thedevelopmentofefficientextractionandenrichmentmethodsbecomesincreasinglyimportant.Inthispaper,weproposeanewtechnologyforgradualextractionandenrichmentofmagnesiumresourceinlow-gradeboron-magnesium-ironcoexistores. Low-gradeoresarecharacterizedbylowmagnesiumconcentration,complexcomposition,anddifficultyofprocessing.Boron-magnesium-ironcoexistoresareoftenfoundinmineraldeposits,andtheirextractionandenrichmentpresentatechnicalchallenge.Magnesiumresourceintheseoresistypicallyassociatedwithironandboronminerals,whichmayhinderitsextractionandpurification.Therefore,anewtechnologythatcangraduallyextractandenrichmagnesiumresourceinlow-gradeboron-magnesium-ironcoexistoresisrequired. Methodology Theproposedtechnologyconsistsofseveralsteps:(1)crushingandgrindingtheorestoreducetheirsizeandexposemoremagnesiumminerals;(2)magneticseparationtoseparateironmineralsfrommagnesiumminerals;(3)flotationtoseparateboronandmagnesiumminerals;(4)acidleachingofmagnesiummineralstodissolvemagnesiumions;and(5)precipitationofmagnesiumionstoobtainmagnesiumoxide. Themagneticseparationstepiscritical,asironmineralsmayinterferewiththeconcentrationofmagnesiummineralsduringflotation.Magneticseparationcaneffectivelyremoveironmineralsfromtheoresandincreasethepurityofthemagnesiumconcentrate.Flotationisusedtoseparateboronandmagnesiumminerals,astheyhavedifferentsurfacepropertiesandcanbeselectivelyadsorbedbydifferentreagents.Acidleachingisusedtodissolvemagnesiumionsfromtheconcentrate,andprecipitationisusedtorecovermagnesiumoxide. ResultsandDiscussion Wetestedtheproposedtechnologyonboron-magnesium-ironcoexistoresfromamineraldepositando
