Introduction: Breastsurgery-relatedprocedureshavegainedsignificantpopularityinrecentyearsduetocosmetic,reconstructive,andmedicalreasons.Theuseofprostheticmaterials,suchassiliconerubber,hasbecomeanessentialpartofbreastsurgery.However,theexistingsiliconerubberprostheseshavelimitationsintermsofdurability,biocompatibility,andaestheticoutcome.Therefore,thereisaneedtodevelophigh-performancesiliconerubberprosthesesthatcanovercometheselimitationsandprovidebetterresultsforpatients. Methods: Thepreparationofhigh-performancesiliconerubberprosthesesinvolvesseveralkeysteps.Firstly,theselectionofhigh-qualitysiliconerubberwithappropriatecharacteristics,suchasflexibilityandelasticity,iscrucial.Thesiliconerubbershouldalsohavegoodbiocompatibilityandbesuitableforlong-termimplantationinthehumanbody.Secondly,thefabricationprocessshouldbeoptimizedtoachievethedesiredshape,texture,anddimensionsoftheprosthesis.Thisincludesusingadvancedmoldingtechniquesandprecisemeasurements.Lastly,theprosthesesshouldundergorigoroustestingtoevaluatetheirperformancecharacteristics,suchastensilestrength,tearresistance,andfatiguelife.
