Methods: 1.Wdr1geneknockoutmicegeneration:Wdr1geneknockoutmicewillbegeneratedusingCRISPR-Cas9technologyorgenetargetingmethods.Acontrolgroupofwild-typemicewillalsobeincluded. 2.Cardiacstructureandfunctionassessment:Echocardiographywillbeperformedtoevaluatecardiacstructureandfunctionparameters,includingfractionalshortening,ejectionfraction,leftventricularmass,anddiastolicandsystolicfunction. 3.Histologicalanalysis:Hearttissueswillbecollectedandsubjectedtohematoxylinandeosin(H&E)stainingtoassesshistologicalchanges,includingcollagendeposition,fibrosis,andinflammation. 4.Geneexpressionprofiling:RNAwillbeextractedfromhearttissues,andgeneexpressionwillbeanalyzedusingatranscriptomeanalysisapproach,suchasRNAsequencing.Differentiallyexpressedgenesbetweentheknockoutandcontrolgroupswillbeidentifiedandfunctionallyannotated. 5.Westernblotting:Proteinexpressionlevelsofkeycardiacmarkers,suchasTroponinIandMyosinHeavyChain,willbeassessedusingwesternblotting. Results: 1.Cardiacstructureandfunction:ItisanticipatedthatWdr1geneknockoutwillleadtoalterationsincardiacstructureandfunctionparameters,asevidencedbyreducedfractionalshorteningandejectionfraction,increasedleftventricularmass,andimpaireddiastolicandsystolicfunction. 2.Histologicalanalysis:Wdr1geneknockoutmicemayexhibitcardiachistopathologicalchanges,includingincreasedcollagendeposition,fibrosis,andinf
