诊断6：贫血
护理诊断：1、活动无耐力与贫血致组织缺氧有关。

护理措施：1、依据贫血患者的具体状况给予休息和活动。该患者为中度贫血，应限制活动，多卧床休息。
2、饮食按照贫血患者饮食原则，结合贫血的原因补充缺乏物质和调整饮食结构。给予富含铁、叶酸或维生素B12和温热软食。
3、遵医嘱正确给予治疗贫血药物，及时评价药物疗效及注意其副作用。口服铁剂时，应饭后服用，以减少对胃肠道不良反应，禁止与茶同服，影响吸收；口服铁剂为溶液时，应用吸管服，以免牙齿染色；肌内注射铁剂时，应深部肌内注射。
4、做好口腔和皮肤护理，预防感染。
