Introduction: FeCmicro-nanofibershaveemergedasapromisingclassofmaterialsduetotheirremarkableproperties,includinghighmechanicalstrength,excellentthermalstability,anduniqueelectromagneticabsorptionproperties.Thesefibershavegarneredsignificantinterestfortheirpotentialapplicationsinelectromagneticinterference(EMI)shielding,stealthtechnology,andenvironmentalprotection.Therefore,understandingtheirfabricationprocessandexploringtheirabsorptionperformanceiscrucialforrealizingtheirfullpotentialinthesefields. FabricationofFeCMicro-NanoFibers: ThepreparationofFeCmicro-nanofibersinvolvesseveralsteps,includingprecursorsynthesis,electrospinning,andheattreatment.Firstly,asuitableprecursorissynthesizedbymixingironandcarboncompoundsinacontrolledenvironment.Variousmethodssuchassol-gel,chemicalvapordeposition(CVD),andmechanicalmixingcanbeemployedtoattaintheprecursor.Anidealprecursorshouldpossessauniformdistributionofelementalironandcarbon.Theprecursoristhendissolvedinasuitablesolventandsubjectedtotheelectrospinningtechnique,resultingintheformationofFeCmicro-nanofibersinafibrousmorphology.Finally,heattreatmentisperformedtoremovetheorganiccomponentsandobtainthedesiredFeCmicro-nanofibers.
