6005A铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊未焊合缺陷的搅拌摩擦补焊研究 摘要: 本文主要研究了6005A铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊未焊合缺陷的搅拌摩擦补焊技术。首先介绍了搅拌摩擦焊和搅拌摩擦补焊的原理和特点,并分析了6005A铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊的未焊合缺陷形成的原因。然后介绍了搅拌摩擦补焊的工艺流程和参数设置,并对搅拌摩擦补焊后的焊缝进行了扫描电子显微镜和硬度测试。结果表明,搅拌摩擦补焊可以有效地修复6005A铝合金型材搅拌摩擦焊的未焊合缺陷,提高焊接质量。 关键词:搅拌摩擦焊;搅拌摩擦补焊;6005A铝合金型材;未焊合缺陷 Introduction: Stirfrictionweldingisasolidstateweldingmethod,whichiswidelyusedinthejoiningofaluminumalloys.However,theformationofdefectssuchasunfusedareasisacommonprobleminstirfrictionweldingofaluminumalloys,whichseriouslyaffectsthequalityoftheweldedjoint.Tosolvethisproblem,stirfrictionweldingrepairtechnologyisproposed.Stirfrictionweldingrepairtechnologyisanewtechnologythatusesthestirfrictionprocesstorepairtheunfusedareasofapreviouslyweldedjoint.Inthisstudy,wefocusonthestirfrictionweldingrepairtechnologyof6005Aaluminumalloyprofileswithunfusedareas. ExperimentalWork: 6005Aaluminumalloyprofileswereweldedbystirfrictionwelding,andunfusedareasweregeneratedintheweldedjoint.Analuminumalloyrodofthesamematerialasthebasematerialwasusedforthestirfrictionweldingrepair,andthestirfrictionrepairparametersweresetasfollows:rotationspeedof1900rpm,axialpressureof18MPa,dwelltimeof2s,weldingspeedof30mm/min.Afterthestirfrictionrepair,theweldedjointwassubjectedtoscanningelectronmicroscopyandhardnesstestingtoanalyzetherepaireffect. Results: Theresultsshowedthatthestirfrictionrepairtechnologycouldeffectivelyrepairtheunfusedareasinthestirfrictionweldedjointsof6005Aaluminumalloyprofiles.Thestirfrictionrepairzonehadasmoothsurfacewithoutvisibledefects,andthemicrostructureofthestirfrictionrepairzonewassimilartothatofthebasemetal.Thehardnessofthestirfrictionrepairzonewasslightlyhigherthanthatofthebasemetal,butthedifferencewaswithinareasonablerange.Thestirfrictionrepairtechnologycouldimprovethequalityoftheweldedjoint. Conclusion: Thestirfrictionrepairtechnologywassuccessfullyappliedtorepairtheunfusedareasinthestirfrictionweldedjointsof6005Aaluminumalloyprofiles.Therepaireffectwasgood,andthequalityoftheweldedjointwasimproved.Inpracticalapplicatio
