CRY2调控拟南芥生物钟和温度响应的机制研究 Title:MechanismsofCRY2RegulationontheCircadianClockandTemperatureResponseinArabidopsis Abstract: Thecircadianclockisanendogenoustime-keepingsystemthatregulatesvariousphysiologicalanddevelopmentalprocessesinplants.Cryptochrome2(CRY2)isakeyphotoreceptorinvolvedintheregulationofthecircadianclockandtemperatureresponsesinArabidopsis.ThispaperaimstoreviewthecurrentunderstandingofthemechanismsthroughwhichCRY2modulatesthecircadianclockandtemperatureresponseinArabidopsis.WewilldiscusstheroleofCRY2inthetranscriptionalregulationofclockgenes,proteinstability,andinteractionswithothercomponentsoftheclockandtemperaturesignalingpathways.Additionally,wewillexploretheimplicationsofCRY2-mediatedregulationonplantgrowth,development,andadaptationtochangingenvironmentalconditions.ThisreviewprovidesinsightsintotheimportanceofCRY2inintegratinglightandtemperaturesignalstocoordinateplantphysiologyandfacilitatetheirsurvivalindiverseenvironments. 1.Introduction Thecircadianclockisanendogenoustimingsystemthatenablesplantstoanticipateandadapttodailyenvironmentalchanges.Itconsistsofacomplexnetworkofinterlockingtranscriptionalfeedbackloops.CRY2,amemberofthecryptochromefamily,isabluelightreceptorthatplaysacentralroleinphotoperiodicregulationandtemperaturecompensationofthecircadianclockinArabidopsis. 2.FunctionofCRY2intheCircadianClock 2.1Transcriptionalregulation:CRY2actsasatranscriptionalregulatorbydirectlybindingtoclockgenepromotersandmodulatingtheirexpression.ItpromotesthetranscriptionofclockgenessuchasCCA1andLHY,whicharekeycomponentsofthecentraloscillator. 2.2Proteinstability:CRY2interactswithseveralclockcomponentsandinfluencestheirproteinstability.ItformsacomplexwithCUL3andCOP1,leadingtothedegradationoftargetproteins.Furthermore,CRY2undergoesphosphorylation,regulatingitsnuclear-cytoplasmicshuttlingandstability. 3.CRY2-MediatedRegulationofTemperatureResponse 3.1Interactionwithtemperaturesensors:CRY2interactswithtemperaturesensors,suchastheheatshockfactorHSF1,tomodulatetemp
