镍基高温合金Inconel718微铣削刀具磨损研究 1.Introduction Inconel718,anickel-basedhigh-temperaturealloy,hasbeenwidelyusedinaerospace,nuclear,andpetrochemicalindustriesduetoitsexcellenthigh-temperatureproperties,includinghighstrength,goodoxidationresistance,andexcellentcorrosionresistance.However,themachiningofInconel718isachallengingtaskbecauseofitshighhardnessandtoughness,whichleadstoseveretoolwearandshortenstoollife.Therefore,itisessentialtostudythewearmechanismofcuttingtoolstoimprovethemachiningefficiencyofInconel718. 2.ToolWearMechanisminMicroMillingofInconel718 Thetoolwearmechanismduringthemicro-millingofInconel718ismainlycausedbythreefactors:abrasion,adhesion,anddiffusion.Abrasionoccurswhenthecuttingtoolslidesalongtheworkpiecesurface,leadingtotheformationofgroovesonthetoolsurfaceandeventuallyresultingintoolwear.Adhesionoccurswhenthehightemperaturegeneratedduringthemachiningprocesscausesthematerialtobondtothecuttingtoolsurface.Diffusionoccurswhenthematerialfromtheworkpiecediffusesintothetoolmaterial,leadingtotoolwear. ThetoolwearmechanismofInconel718isinfluencedbyvariousfactors,includingcuttingspeed,toolgeometry,andcuttingparameters.Highcuttingspeedandfeedratesresultinseveretoolwearduetohightemperaturesandmechanicalstressesgeneratedduringthemachiningprocess.Theflankwearofthetoolincreaseswithincreasingcuttingspeedandfeedrates.Astherakeangleofthetoolreduces,thecuttingforceandtemperatureincrease,leadingtohighertoolwear.Inaddition,toolcoatings,suchasTiAlN,canimprovethetoollifebyreducingtoolwearandextendthemachiningtime. 3.ToolMaterialSelection SelectingappropriatetoolmaterialsiscrucialforimprovingthetoollifeandmachiningefficiencyofInconel718.Carbideinsertsandpolycrystallinediamond(PCD)toolsarewidelyusedinthemachiningofInconel718.Carbidetoolsarecost-effectiveandhavegoodwearresistance,buttheyarepronetochippingandcraterwear.PCDtoolshaveexcellentwearresistanceandcanmaintainasharpcuttingedge,buttheyarenotsuitableforroughmachiningduetotheirbrittleness. 4.ToolWearMonitoring Real-timetoolw
