Methods: Thestudyemployedaqualitativeapproachtocollectandanalyzedata.AsampleofmiddleschoolstudentsfromvariousschoolsinSouthKoreawasselected,andtheirwrittenassignmentswereevaluated.Specifically,errorsrelatedtoHanzicharactershapewereidentifiedandclassified.Interviewswerealsoconductedtoexplorethestudents'perceptionsandreasonsbehindtheseerrors. ResultsandDiscussion: Basedontheanalysisofthecollecteddata,severalcommonerrorsinHanzicharactershapewereidentified.Theseerrorscanbecategorizedintothreemaintypes:strokeordererrors,strokesequencingerrors,andstrokestructureerrors. 1.StrokeOrderErrors: Strokeordererrorsrefertomistakesmadewhenwritingthestrokesofacharacterinanincorrectsequence.Thiserrortypewasfrequentlyobservedamongthestudents.Ithighlightstheimportanceofcorrectstrokeorder,asitaffectstheoverallappearanceandreadabilityofthecharacter.CommonreasonsbehindthiserrorincludelackofunderstandingofChinesecalligraphyprinciplesandinsufficientpracticeinstrokeorder. 2.StrokeSequencingErrors: Strokesequencingerrorsoccurwhentheorderofstrokeswithinacharacterisincorrect.Whiletheseerrorsmayseemsimilartostrokeordererrors,theyaredistinctastheyfocusontheinternalstructureofthecharacterratherthantheoverallstrokeorder.TheseerrorssuggestalackofunderstandingofthestructureandcompositionofHanzicharacters. 3.StrokeStructureErrors: Strokestructureerrorsmanifestasmistakesmadeintheshape,proportion,andpositioningofindividualstrokeswithinacharacter.Theseerr
