职前英语教师信息技术素养发展调查研究 Title:ResearchontheDevelopmentofInformationTechnologyLiteracyAmongProspectiveEnglishTeachers Introduction: Inthecontemporarytechnologicalera,informationtechnology(IT)literacyhasbecomecrucialforeducatorsinenhancingteachingandlearningexperiences.ThisresearchaimstoinvestigatethedevelopmentofinformationtechnologyliteracyamongprospectiveEnglishteachers.Itexploresthecurrentknowledge,skills,andattitudesoftheseteachersandproposesstrategiestoimprovetheirITliteracy. 1.ImportanceofInformationTechnologyLiteracyinEducation: Informationtechnologyliteracyisessentialforeducatorsasitenablesthemtoeffectivelyincorporatetechnologyintotheirteachingpractices.ITliteracyhelpsteachersaccessavastarrayofteachingresources,enhancecollaborationamongstudents,facilitatecommunicationwithparents,andprovideengagingandinteractivelearningexperiences. 2.CurrentStateofInformationTechnologyLiteracyAmongProspectiveEnglishTeachers: a.Knowledge:ResearchshowsthatmanyprospectiveEnglishteachershaveabasicunderstandingofITconcepts,suchaswordprocessingandinternetbrowsing.However,theirknowledgeoftenlacksdepthinmoreadvancedtoolsandapplications. b.Skills:AlthoughprospectiveEnglishteachersaregenerallyfamiliarwithbasictechnologyskills,suchasusingemailandsocialmedia,theymaylackproficiencyinadvancedsoftwareapplications,multimediacreation,andonlinecollaborationtools. c.Attitudes:AttitudestowardstechnologyamongprospectiveEnglishteachersvary.WhilesomehaveapositiveattitudeandrecognizethebenefitsofITineducation,othersmayhavereservationsorlackconfidenceinusingtechnologyeffectively. 3.BarrierstotheDevelopmentofInformationTechnologyLiteracy: a.LimitedResources:Lackofaccesstotechnologicalresources,suchascomputers,tablets,andfastinternet,canhinderthedevelopmentofITliteracyamongprospectiveEnglishteachers. b.InadequateTraining:InsufficienttrainingopportunitiesandprofessionaldevelopmentprogramsfocusingonITintegrationineducationcanlimittheabilityoftheseteacherstodeveloptheirITliteracy. c.FearandResistancetoChange:So
