稀土-荧光素双重荧光响应pH探针分子的合成与荧光性质研究(英文) Title:SynthesisandFluorescentPropertiesInvestigationofDual-ResponsivepHProbeMoleculeBasedonRareEarth-Fluorescein Abstract: Rareearth-fluoresceinhybridcompoundshavereceivedconsiderableattentionduetotheirpotentialapplicationsinpHsensing.Inthisstudy,weaimedtosynthesizeandinvestigatethefluorescentpropertiesofadual-responsivepHprobemoleculebasedoncombiningrareearthionsandfluorescein.Thesynthesizedmoleculeexhibitedbothrareearth-basedandfluorescein-basedfluorescenceresponsestochangesinpH.Thedevelopmentofsuchadual-responsivepHprobeisofsignificantimportanceformonitoringpHchangesinbiologicalprocessesandenvironmentalsystems. Introduction: pHisacrucialparameterinvariouschemical,biological,andenvironmentalsystems.ThedevelopmentofpHprobemoleculesthatcanprovideaccurateandreliablemonitoringofpHchangesishighlydesirable.AmongthedifferenttypesofpHprobes,thosebasedonrareearthionsandorganicfluorophoreshaveattractedconsiderableattentionduetotheirtunableemissionpropertiesandhighsensitivitytopHvariations.Thecombinationofrareearthionsandfluoresceinofferstheadvantageofdual-responsivefluorescence,whichcanprovidemorecomprehensivepHinformation. Methods: Thesynthesisofthedual-responsivepHprobemoleculewasconductedinseveralsteps.Firstly,theappropriaterareearthionwasselected,suchaseuropium(Eu),terbium(Tb),orsamarium(Sm).Then,fluoresceinwasmodifiedwithfunctionalgroupssuitableforcoordinatingwiththerareearthion.Thereactionconditionswereoptimizedtoachieveefficientcoordinationbetweentherareearthionandfluorescein.Thestructureofthesynthesizedmoleculewascharacterizedusingvariousspectroscopictechniques,includingnuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectroscopyandFourier-transforminfrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy. ResultsandDiscussion: Thedual-responsivepHprobemoleculeshowedbothrareearth-basedandfluorescein-basedfluorescenceresponsestochangesinpH.Thefluorescenceemissionoftherareearthioncanbeattributedtotheenergytransferfromfluoresceintotherareearthion.Moreover,thefluorescenceintensityofflu
