益生菌对LPS诱导的小鼠肝损伤和炎症因子表达的影响作用及机制研究综述报告 Title:AReviewontheEffectsandMechanismsofProbioticsonLPS-InducedLiverInjuryandInflammatoryCytokineExpressioninMice Introduction: Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-inducedliverinjuryandinflammationresponseplayacriticalroleinthepathogenesisofvariousliverdiseases.Theuseofprobiotics,livemicroorganismsthatconferhealthbenefitswhenconsumed,hasemergedasapromisingtherapeuticstrategytoalleviateliverinjuryandinflammation.ThisreviewaimstoprovideacomprehensiveoverviewoftheeffectsandmechanismsofprobioticsonLPS-inducedliverinjuryandinflammatorycytokineexpressioninmice. EffectsofProbioticsonLPS-InducedLiverInjury: ProbioticshavebeenshowntoexerthepatoprotectiveeffectsagainstLPS-inducedliverinjuryinmice.Theyalleviateliverinjurybyreducingserumlevelsofliverenzymes,suchasalanineaminotransferase(ALT)andaspartateaminotransferase(AST),andattenuatinghistopathologicalchangesintheliver.Mechanistically,probioticsenhanceantioxidantdefenses,inhibitoxidativestress,andsuppressapoptoticcelldeath,therebypreventinghepatocyteinjury. EffectsofProbioticsonLPS-InducedInflammatoryCytokineExpression: ProbioticscanmodulatetheexpressionandproductionofinflammatorycytokinesinresponsetoLPSstimulation.Theyinhibitthereleaseofpro-inflammatorycytokines,includingtumornecrosisfactoralpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1beta(IL-1β),andinterleukin-6(IL-6).Moreover,probioticsenhancetheproductionofanti-inflammatorycytokines,suchasinterleukin-10(IL-10),whichsuppresstheinflammatoryresponseandpromotetissuerepair.TheseimmunomodulatoryeffectsofprobioticsoncytokineexpressioncontributetotheattenuationofLPS-inducedliverinflammation. MechanismsofProbioticsinLPS-InducedLiverInjuryandInflammatoryCytokineExpression: MultiplemechanismshavebeenproposedtoexplaintheprotectiveeffectsofprobioticsinLPS-inducedliverinjury.Firstly,probioticsenhancetheintestinalbarrierfunction,preventingthetranslocationofLPSfromthegutintotheliver.ThisreducestheexposureofhepatocytestoLPSandsubsequentlydecreasestheinflammatoryresponse.Furthermore,
