流体耦合式压电振动俘能器的设计与试验研究 ABSTRACT Inthispaper,weproposethedesignandexperimentalstudyofafluid-coupledpiezoelectricvibrationenergyharvester.Theenergyharvesterisdesignedtoconvertambientvibrationsintoelectricalenergy.Thedeviceconsistsofapiezoelectrictransducercoupledwithafluidcavitythatisdesignedtoresonatewiththeambientvibration.Thedeviceisdesignedtooperateatlowfrequencies,makingitsuitableforuseinlow-speedenvironments.Wepresenttheresultsofexperimentaltestsperformedonthedevice,whichdemonstrateitsabilitytogenerateelectricalpowerfromambientvibrations. INTRODUCTION Energyharvestingistheprocessofcapturingambientenergyandconvertingitintoelectricalenergy.Vibrationsareacommonsourceofambientenergyinmanyenvironments,makingthemanattractivetargetforenergyharvesting.Piezoelectricmaterialsarewell-suitedforenergyharvestingapplicationsbecausetheycanconvertmechanicalenergyintoelectricalenergy. Inthispaper,weproposethedesignandexperimentalstudyofafluid-coupledpiezoelectricvibrationenergyharvester.Thedeviceconsistsofapiezoelectrictransducerthatiscoupledwithafluidcavity.Thefluidcavityisdesignedtoresonatewiththeambientvibration,amplifyingthemechanicalenergytransmittedtothepiezoelectrictransducer. Thedeviceisdesignedtooperateatlowfrequencies,whichmakesitsuitableforuseinlow-speedenvironments.Forexample,thedevicecouldbeusedtoharvestenergyfromthevibrationofabuildinginresponsetowindorseismicactivity. DESIGN Thedesignofthefluid-coupledpiezoelectricvibrationenergyharvesterisbasedontheconceptofacousticdiaphragms.Acousticdiaphragmsaremembranesthatareusedtoimprovethetransmissionofacousticwavesbyamplifyingthemotionofthediaphragminresponsetotheacousticwave.Thefluidcavityintheenergyharvesterfunctionssimilarlytoanacousticdiaphragm,amplifyingthemechanicalenergytransmittedtothepiezoelectrictransducer. Thefluidcavityisdesignedtohavearesonantfrequencythatisclosetothedesiredoperatingfrequencyofthedevice.Theresonantfrequencyofthefluidcavityisdeterminedbythedimensionsofthecavityandthefluidproperties.Thegeometryofth
