有机锡4-(4-吡啶基甲基硫代)苯甲酸酯的合成、结构与生物活性研究(英文) Title:Synthesis,Structure,andBioactivityStudiesofOrganotin4-(4-Pyridylmethylthio)benzoateEsters Abstract: Organotincompoundshaveattractedsignificantattentionduetotheirdiversebiologicalactivities.Inthispaper,wefocusonthesynthesis,structure,andbioactivitystudiesoforganotin4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoateesters.Thesynthesisofthesecompoundsinvolvesthereactionoforganotincarboxylateswith4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoicacid.TheresultingesterswerecharacterizedusingvariousspectroscopictechniquesandtheirstructureswereconfirmedbyX-raycrystallography.Additionally,thebioactivityofthesecompoundswasevaluatedthrougharangeofinvitroandinvivoassays,includingantibacterial,antifungal,antitumor,andanti-inflammatoryactivities. 1.Introduction: Organotincompoundsareorganometallicsubstancesthathavebeenwidelystudiedduetotheiruniquechemicalpropertiesandpotentialbiologicalapplications.Thesecompoundsarecomposedoftinatomsbondedtoorganicgroups,whichcaninfluencetheirreactivityandbiologicalproperties.Inrecentyears,organotincompoundshaveshownpromisingpotentialasantimicrobial,antitumor,andanti-inflammatoryagents.Thisresearchaimstosynthesizeorganotin4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoateestersandinvestigatetheirstructureandbiologicalactivities. 2.Synthesis: Thesynthesisoforganotin4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoateestersinvolvesthereactionoforganotincarboxylateswith4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoicacid.Thereactionistypicallycarriedoutinthepresenceofacatalystandundercontrolledtemperatureandpressureconditions.Theresultingesterswerepurifiedusingstandardtechniques,suchascolumnchromatography,andcharacterizedusingspectroscopicmethods,includingNMR,IR,andmassspectrometry. 3.Structure: Thestructuresofthesynthesizedorganotin4-(4-pyridylmethylthio)benzoateestersweredeterminedusingX-raycrystallography.Thistechniqueprovidesdetailedinformationaboutthespatialarrangementofatomswithinthecompounds.Theobtainedcrystalstructuresallowedforabetterunderstandingofthebondingpatternsandcoordinationgeometries
