Introduction: Aluminumisacommonlyusedalloyingelementinthesteelindustryduetoitsdesirablepropertiessuchasimprovedstrength,corrosionresistance,andthermalstability.However,eventraceamountsofaluminumcansignificantlyaffectthepropertiesofsteel,leadingtoqualitycontrolchallenges.Therefore,developmentofaccurate,rapid,andcost-effectiveanalyticalmethodsforthedeterminationoftracealuminuminsteelisessentialforensuringthequalityofsteelproducts. TimeDisintegrationAnalysis: TimeDisintegrationAnalysis(TDA)isarelativelynewanalyticaltechniquethathasgainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetoitsabilitytodetectandquantifytraceamountsofvariouselementsincomplexmatrices.TDAcombinestheprinciplesoftime-resolvedfluorescencespectroscopyandadvancedanalyticaltechniques,includingchemometricsandmultivariateanalysis.Thismethodoffersseveraladvantages,suchashighsensitivity,selectivity,andminimalinterferencefromothermatrixcomponents.
