Responsibility/职责
Supervisor:Toarrangeandprovidethetrainingtotheforemanorinspectorsonhowtoperforminspectionaccordingtotherelateddocuments.
4.1主管:培训组长和检验员按照相应的文件进行检验.
Engineerortechnician:Topreparetheworkinginstructionortestfixture.
4.2工程师或技术员:制定工作指引和测试夹具.
Inspectors:Accordingtotherequirementsoftherelateddocuments,toinspecttheincomingmaterialandmakeacorrespondingrecord.
4.3检验员:根据文件要求,对来料进行检验并做相应的记录.
QualificationandTraining/资格和培训
Alltheinspectorsshouldundergotherelativetraining.
所有检验人员都应该接受相应的培训.
Procedure/程序
AfterreceivingtheRIRformfromwarehouse,IQCinspectorswillperformtheincominginspectionbaseonCAF,inspectioncardandsamples,theinspectionwillincludebelowfiveitems:
检验员收到货仓的RIR后根据CAF,检验卡和样品进行检验,检验项目包括下面5项:
PackingInspection/包装
Toverifytheexternalcartonwhetherdeformedordamaged.
6.1.1验证外箱是否变形或者破损.
Tocheckthelabelingandmarkingontheoutsidecartontoverifywhetherthevendor/manufactureriswiththeAVL/AML.
6.1.2对外箱的标签纸和注释进行检查以验证供应商或者制造商在合格供应商清单里.
Toverifythetypeno.whethermaymatchwithCAF.
6.1.3验证型号是否与CAF相符.
ToverifythequantitywhethermaymatchwithDeliveryNote.
6.1.4验证数量是否与送货单相符.
CosmeticInspection/外观检验
SamplingPlan:C=0AQL=1.0
Tocheckthedatecodeonthesleevewhetherislegible,missingdatecodeordatecodeillegiblewillberejected.
6.2.2检验外套管是否清晰,有无日期码,日期码不清晰不允许.
Tocheckthetopcapwhetherloosedandneverlaserwelded,ifwithouttopcaportopcaploosed,willberejected.
