Abstract
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentandinnovationofscienceandtechnology,theuseoflargeprecisioninstrumentsandequipmentisbecomingmoreandmoreprevalent,playinganimportantroleinmaterialresearch,manufacturing,andtesting.However,thehighcostandmaintenanceoftheseinstrumentsandequipmentmakeitdifficultforthemtobewidelyusedandtofullydeveloptheirpotential.Inordertofullyutilizetheadvantagesofthesedevices,theconstructionofasharedplatformhasbecomeafeasiblesolution.Thispaperaimstoexploretheprojectmanagementplanandapplicationoflargeprecisioninstrumentandequipmentsharedplatformconstruction.
Firstly,thispaperreviewsthecurrentsituationandchallengesfacedintheuseoflargeprecisioninstrumentsandequipmentinscientificresearchandindustrialapplications,especiallyintermsofdevicecost,easeofuse,anddatasharing.Secondly,thispaperanalyzesthekeyfeaturesofprojectmanagementforlargeprecisioninstrumentandequipmentsharedplatformconstruction.Inviewoftheissuesthatneedtobeaddressedduringthesharedplatformconstructionprocess,thecoreelementsofprojectmanagementareputforward,includingprojectgoals,projectorganization,projectplanning,projectexecution,andprojectcontrol.Finally,takingthelargeprecisioninstrumentandequipmentsharedplatformoftheUniversityofScienceandTechnologyofChinaasanexample,thispaperexploresthepracticalapplicationofsharedplatformprojectmanagementandgivesexperienceandsuggestionsbasedonthisproject.
