合金化及回归热处理对7075铝合金组织及性能的影响 摘要 本文研究了7075铝合金的合金化及回归热处理对其组织及性能的影响。通过对7075铝合金进行不同的合金化处理,分析了其在不同温度下进行热处理后组织和性能的变化。结果表明,合金化处理可以显著改善7075铝合金的性能,并且可以通过回归热处理进一步优化其组织和性能。 关键词:7075铝合金、合金化处理、回归热处理、组织、性能 Introduction 7075aluminumalloyisoneofthemostwidelyusedhigh-strengthaluminumalloysduetoitshighstrength-to-weightratio,goodfatigueresistance,andhighhardness.However,themechanicalpropertiesof7075aluminumalloycanbefurtherimprovedbyalloyingandheattreatment.Inthisstudy,theeffectsofalloyingandregressionheattreatmentonthemicrostructureandpropertiesof7075aluminumalloywereinvestigated. AlloyingTreatment Inthepresentstudy,the7075aluminumalloywastreatedwithdifferentalloyingelementsincludingzinc,magnesium,andcopper.Theeffectsofeachelementonthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofthealloywereanalyzed.Theobtainedresultsshowedthattheadditionofzincandmagnesiumledtoanincreaseinthestrengthofthealloyduetotheformationofstrengtheningprecipitates.Theadditionofcopperalsoimprovedthemechanicalpropertiesofthealloybysolidsolutionstrengtheningandgrainrefinement. RegressionHeatTreatment Regressionheattreatmentwasperformedonthe7075aluminumalloyunderdifferenttemperatures.Aftertheheattreatment,themicrostructureofthealloywasanalyzedusingopticalmicroscopyandscanningelectronmicroscopy.Themechanicalpropertiesofthealloywereevaluatedusingtensileandhardnesstests.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalheattreatmenttemperatureforthe7075aluminumalloywas450°Cfor2hours.Atthistemperature,thealloyexhibitedthehigheststrengthandhardnessduetotheformationofsmall,uniformlydistributedprecipitates. Conclusion Inconclusion,thepresentstudyinvestigatedtheeffectsofalloyingandregressionheattreatmentonthemicrostructureandpropertiesof7075aluminumalloy.Theresultssuggestedthatalloyingtreatmentcansignificantlyimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofthealloy,andregressionheattreatmentcanfurtheroptimizethemicrostructureandpropertiesofthealloy.Theobtainedresultscanbeusedtodesignanddevelophigh-performance7075aluminumalloymaterialsforvariousindustrialapplications
