分子氧氧化环己酮制备ε-己内酯的研究 Introduction: Epsilon-caprolactone(ECL)isanimportantchemicalcompoundthatiswidelyusedinvariousindustrialandcommercialapplications,includingproductionofpolycaprolactone,whichiscommonlyusedinthemanufactureofmedicaldevices,packagingmaterials,andotherproducts.ThesynthesisofECLhasbeenextensivelystudiedovertheyears,withvariousmethodsbeingdeveloped.Oneofthemostwidelystudiedmethodsistheuseofmolecularoxygenasanoxidantfortheoxidativering-openingofcyclohexanonetoformECL. ExperimentalProcedure: Inthisstudy,thesynthesisofECLwascarriedoutusingmolecularoxygenasanoxidantfortheoxidativering-openingofcyclohexanone.Theexperimentalprocedureisasfollows: Materials: -Cyclohexanone(99%)fromSigmaAldrich. -Molecularoxygen(99.99%)fromLinde. -Copper(II)acetatemonohydrate(98%)-fromSigmaAldrich. -Potassiumcarbonate(99%)fromAlfaAesar. Step1: Inaround-bottomflask,10mmolofcyclohexanonewasmixedwith0.1mmolofcopperacetatemonohydrateand20mmolofpotassiumcarbonate.Themixturewasaddedto50mLofacetonitrilesolvent. Step2: Thereactionmixturewasstirredat60°Cundermolecularoxygenatmosphereof1atmandaddeddropwisefor3h. Step3: Aftercompletionofthereaction,thereactionmixturewascooledtoroomtemperatureandfilteredthroughacottonplugtoremoveanysolidimpurities. Step4: Theresultingsolutionwasthenconcentratedunderreducedpressureusingarotaryevaporator. Step5: TheresiduewasthenrecrystallizedfromhotbenzenetoobtainpureECL. Results: Thereactionyieldwasdeterminedtobe73%basedontheHPLCanalysis.TheproductwascharacterizedusingFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),Gaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)andNuclearMagneticResonancespectroscopy(NMR).TheFTIRspectrumofECLshowscharacteristicpeaksofring-openinglactones,suchasthelactonecarbonylpeakat1775cm^-1.TheGC-MSanalysisconfirmedthemolecularformulaofECL,whiletheNMRanalysisrevealedthepresenceofcharacteristicsignalsoflactoneatδ4.10ppm. Discussion: ThesynthesisofECLusingmolecularoxygenasanoxidanthasbeenextensivelystudiedinrecentyears.Inthisstudy,theuseofcopperacetat
