分子动力学模拟辐照损伤、点缺陷对单晶α锆力学性能的影响 Title:MolecularDynamicsSimulationoftheEffectsofIrradiationDamageandPointDefectsontheMechanicalPropertiesofSingleCrystalα-Zirconium Abstract: Thestudyoftheeffectsofirradiationdamageandpointdefectsonthemechanicalpropertiesofmaterialsisofsignificantimportanceinthefieldofmaterialsscienceandengineering.Inthispaper,weinvestigatetheinfluenceofirradiationdamageandpointdefectsonthemechanicalpropertiesofsinglecrystalα-zirconiumusingmoleculardynamics(MD)simulations.Throughthesimulation,wecanprovideinsightsintothemechanismsthroughwhichthesefactorsaffectthemechanicalbehaviorofthematerial. Introduction: Irradiationdamagecausedbytheexposureofmaterialstoradiationiscommonlyencounteredinmanyengineeringapplications,suchasnuclearreactorsandhigh-energyparticleaccelerators.Suchdamagecanleadtotheformationofvariouspointdefects,suchasvacancies,interstitials,anddislocations,whichsignificantlyinfluencethemechanicalpropertiesofthematerial.Understandingthebehaviorofirradiationdamageandpointdefectsisthereforecrucialforenhancingtheperformanceandsafetyofmaterialsintheseapplications. Methodology: Moleculardynamicssimulationsareemployedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofirradiationdamageandpointdefectsonthemechanicalpropertiesofsinglecrystalα-zirconium.MDsimulationsprovideapowerfultoolforstudyingthestructuralandmechanicalbehaviorofmaterialsattheatomisticlevel.Theinteratomicpotentialsusedforthesimulationaccuratelycapturetheinteractionsbetweentheatomsinthematerial. ResultsandDiscussion: Thesimulationsrevealthattheintroductionofirradiationdamageleadstotheformationofpointdefectsandthedevelopmentofdislocationsinthecrystalstructureofα-zirconium.Thepresenceofvacanciesandinterstitialscauseslocalstrainconcentrationsandmodifiesthematerial'smechanicalresponse.Furthermore,thedynamicresponseofthecrystaltoanexternalloadisfoundtobeinfluencedbythepresenceofdefects,resultinginchangesintheyieldstrength,fracturetoughness,anddeformationmechanisms. Furthermore,thesimulationsdemonstratethatthebehaviorof
