Methods: Thisresearchemploysaqualitativeapproach,focusingonasingleEnglishteacherfromajuniorhighschool.Thedatacollectionmethodsincludeclassroomobservations,structuredinterviews,anddocumentanalysis.TheEnglishteacher'sbeliefsandteachingbehavioraredocumented,coded,andanalyzedtoidentifypatternsandthemes.Thefindingsarethentriangulatedwiththeexistingliteraturetoofferacomprehensiveunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweenbeliefsandbehavior. ResultsandDiscussion: Basedontheanalysisofthedata,severalthemesemergedregardingtheteacher'sbeliefsandteachingbehavior.Theteacherdeeplyvaluescreatingapositive,inclusive,andsupportiveclassroomenvironment.Thisbeliefismanifestedinvariousways,suchasencouragingactivestudentparticipation,providingconstructivefeedback,andfosteringasenseofbelonging.
