内插扩张室声子晶体管路带隙特性研究 Title:StudyontheBandgapPropertiesofInterstitiallyDopedPhononicCrystalTransistorCircuit Abstract: Inrecentyears,therehasbeensignificantinterestintheuseofphononiccrystalstructuresforthemanipulationofacousticphonons.Phononiccrystalscanprovideuniquepropertiessuchastunablebandgapsandwaveguidedispersioncharacteristics.Thispaperfocusesoninvestigatingthebandgappropertiesofaninterstitiallydopedphononiccrystaltransistorcircuit.Theaimistounderstandtheimpactofinterstitialdopingonthebandgapcharacteristicsanditspotentialapplicationsinphononicdevices. 1.Introduction: Phononiccrystalsareperiodicstructuresthatmanipulateandcontrolacousticwaves,similartothewayelectroniccrystalscontroltheflowofelectrons.Phononiccrystalshavedrawnattentionduetotheirabilitytoexhibitvariousuniquephenomena,suchasbandgapsforacousticwaves.Thebandgappropertiesofphononiccrystalscanbeexploitedtocreatenovelacousticdevices,includingphononiccircuitelementsandacousticfilters.Thispaperexaminestheimpactofinterstitialdopingonthebandgapcharacteristicsofaphononiccrystaltransistorcircuit. 2.PhononicCrystalBasics: Phononiccrystalsconsistofaperiodicarrangementofscatterersinahostmedium.Thesescattererscanbecreatedbyadjustingtheshape,size,orcompositionofthematerials.Theperiodicityofthestructureleadstotheformationofbandgaps,wherecertainfrequencyrangesareforbiddenforwavepropagation.Theexistenceandwidthofthebandgapsdependonthepropertiesofthescatterersandthehostmedium.Bycarefullydesigningthecrystalstructure,thebandgapscanbeactivelycontrolled. 3.InterstitialDopinginPhononicCrystals: Interstitialdopingreferstotheintroductionofadditionalatomsormoleculesintothelatticesiteswithinamaterial.Thiscanprovideadditionallevelsofcontroloverthephononicbandstructure.Thepresenceofinterstitialdopantsintroduceslocaldefectsinthecrystalstructure,whichcanmodifythedispersionrelationsandopenupnewbandgaps.Theinterstitialdopingtechniqueoffersanovelapproachtotunethebandgapcharacteristicsofphononiccrystals. 4.ExperimentalSetup: Inthisstudy,
