摘要：
碱烧伤会导致眼部组织的受损，进而影响视力。本研究旨在探究人羊膜匀浆提取液对大鼠碱烧伤后角膜超微结构的影响。通过将大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组，对实验组进行人羊膜匀浆提取液的治疗，结果发现治疗后实验组大鼠的角膜超微结构的疗效明显优于对照组。因此，人羊膜匀浆提取液具有一定的治疗效果，在日常治疗中可作为一种角膜碱烧伤的辅助治疗方法。

Introduction:
Cornealalkalineburnisacommoneyeinjurythatresultsindamagetooculartissues,whichcanleadtovisionimpairmentifleftuntreated.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheeffectsofhumanamnioticmembranehomogenateextract(HAME)oncornealultrastructuralchangesinratssubjectedtoalkaliburninjury.
Methods:
Thirty-sixSprague-Dawleyratswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandexperimentalgroup.Thealkaliburninjurywasinducedusing1mol/LNaOHontherightcorneaofeachrat.TheexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithHAME,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedonlysalinetreatment.Theratsweresacrificed14daysaftertheinjurytoexaminethecornealultrastructuralchangesusingscanningelectronmicroscopy.
Results:
Thecornealultrastructuralchangesobservedintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup.TheHAMEtreatmentresultedindecreasededema,re-epithelialization,extracellularmatrixremodeling,andcollagenfiberarrangements.
Conclusion:
Inconclusion,thefindingsofthestudysuggestthatHAMEcouldhaveapotentialtherapeuticeffectoncornealalkalineburninjury.Therefore,HAMEcanbeusedasanadjuncttreatmentforcornealalkaliburninjuryindailyclinicalpractice.
