乳化柴油静电雾化的试验研究 Abstract: Emulsifieddieselfuel,acombinationofdieselfuelandemulsifyingagents,hasgainedincreasingattentionduetoitspotentialtoimprovecombustionefficiencyandreduceemissions.Inthisstudy,weconductedexperimentalresearchonthestaticelectrificationatomizationofemulsifieddieselfuel.Theaimwastoinvestigatetheeffectofdifferentemulsifyingagentsandconcentrationsontheatomizationperformanceandpotentialapplicationprospectsofemulsifieddieselfuel.Theresultsshowedthatemulsifieddieselfuelexhibitedimprovedatomizationperformancecomparedtoregulardieselfuel,leadingtoenhancedcombustionefficiencyandreducedemissions. 1.Introduction Emulsifieddieselfuelreferstoamixtureofdieselfuelandemulsifyingagents,mainlyconsistingofsurfactantsandwater.Theemulsionsareformedbymechanicallydispersingwaterindieselfuelunderhighshearconditions.Theemulsifyingagentshelptostabilizetheemulsionandpreventphaseseparation.Emulsifieddieselfuelhasseveraladvantagesoverregulardieselfuel,includingimprovedatomization,enhancedcombustionefficiency,reducedemissions,anddecreasedfuelconsumption.Therefore,ithasattractedattentionasanalternativefuelfordieselengines. 2.ExperimentalProcedure 2.1Emulsifyingagentsandconcentrations Weselectedtwocommonlyusedemulsifyingagents,AandB,forourexperimentalstudy.Wealsovariedtheconcentrationoftheemulsifyingagentstoexploretheirinfluenceontheatomizationperformanceofemulsifieddieselfuel. 2.2Atomizationperformanceevaluation Toevaluatetheatomizationperformance,weusedahigh-speedcameratorecordthebreakupprocessofthefuelspray.Severalparameters,suchassprayconeangle,dropletsize,andspraypenetrationweremeasuredandanalyzed. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1Influenceofemulsifyingagentsandconcentrationsonatomizationperformance Thechoiceofemulsifyingagentanditsconcentrationsignificantlyaffectedtheatomizationperformanceofemulsifieddieselfuel.EmulsifyingagentAataconcentrationofX%producedfinerdropletsandnarrowersprayconeanglescomparedtoemulsifyingagentBatthesameconcentration.ThisindicatedthatemulsifyingagentAwasmore
