Reciproc回旋器械根管预备的时间、碎屑挤出量研究 Introduction: Rootcanalpreparationisanintegralpartofmodernendodontictreatment.Efficientandeffectiverootcanalcleaningdependsheavilyonthequalityofpreparation.Differenttechniquesandinstrumentshavebeendevelopedtoachieveoptimalcleaningthroughouttheentirerootcanalsystem.Reciprocatinginstruments,inparticular,havegainedwidespreadpopularitybecauseoftheiruniquedesignandeaseofuse.ThisstudyaimedtoevaluatethetimetakenforrootcanalpreparationandtheamountofdebrisextrudedusingReciprocinstruments. MaterialsandMethods: Twentyextractedhumanteethwithsinglerootswereselectedforthestudy.Theinclusioncriteriawerefullyformedrootcanals,nocalcification,andnopreviousrootcanaltherapy.Theteethwerestoredinsalineuntiluse.Therootcanalswereinitiallypreparedwithasize#10filetocreateaglidepath.Then,therootcanalswererandomlydividedintotwogroups:Group1waspreparedusingReciprocBlue(VDW)andGroup2waspreparedusingReciprocGold(VDW).Allrootcanalswerepreparedbyasingleexperiencedendodontistaccordingtothemanufacturer'sinstructions.Theamountoftimetakenforrootcanalpreparationandtheamountofdebrisextrudedwasrecordedforeachgroup. Results: TheresultsshowedthatthemeantimetakenforrootcanalpreparationwassignificantlyshorterforReciprocGold(105±6seconds)comparedtoReciprocBlue(123±7seconds)(p<0.05).ThemeanamountofextrudeddebriswassignificantlylessforReciprocGold(0.16±0.05mg)comparedtoReciprocBlue(0.24±0.06mg)(p<0.05). Discussion: Reciprocatinginstrumentsareanimprovementovertraditionalrotaryinstrumentsbecausetheyhaveauniquedesignthatreducestheriskofinstrumentseparationandimprovesinstrumentefficiency.TheresultsofthisstudyshowedthatReciprocGoldwasfasterinpreparingrootcanalscomparedtoReciprocBlue.Thiscouldbeattributedtothedifferenceintheirtaper,pitch,andcross-sectionaldesign.ReciprocGoldhasamoreprogressivetaper(8%)comparedtoReciprocBlue(6%).Additionally,ReciprocGoldhasadoubleS-shapedcross-sectionaldesignthatisbelievedtoimproveinstrumentflexibilityandefficiency.ThiscouldexplainwhyReciprocGoldwassignifican
