PbS量子点荧光寿命的实验测量 Title:ExperimentalMeasurementofPbSQuantumDotFluorescenceLifetime Abstract: Inrecentyears,theuniqueopticalpropertiesofquantumdots(QDs)haveattractedsignificantattentioninvariousfields,includingbiomedicine,optoelectronics,andenergy.Amongthem,leadsulfide(PbS)quantumdotshavereceivedconsiderableinterestduetotheirtunablebandgap,highfluorescencequantumyield,andexcellentstability.UnderstandingthefluorescencelifetimeofPbSquantumdotsiscrucialforoptimizingtheirperformanceinapplicationssuchaslight-emittingdiodes,solarcells,andbiologicalimaging.Inthisstudy,wepresentanexperimentalmeasurementofthePbSquantumdotfluorescencelifetime. Introduction: PbSquantumdots(QDs)areatypeofsemiconductornanocrystalsthatexhibituniqueoptoelectronicproperties.Theconfinementofchargecarrierswithinthenanoscalespaceleadstosize-dependentelectronicandopticalproperties.PbSQDshaveahighabsorptioncoefficientandtunablebandgap,whichmakesthemsuitableforawiderangeofapplications,includingsolarcells,photodetectors,andlight-emittingdevices. ThefluorescencelifetimeofQDsisafundamentalparameterthatdeterminestheirphotophysicalbehavior.Ithasadirectimpactontheefficiencyofenergytransferprocesses,suchasradiativerecombinationandnon-radiativedecay.Therefore,accuratelymeasuringthefluorescencelifetimeofPbSQDsisessentialforoptimizingtheirperformanceandunderstandingtheirphotoluminescencemechanisms. ExperimentalMethodology: TomeasurethefluorescencelifetimeofPbSQDs,weemployedthetime-correlatedsingle-photoncounting(TCSPC)technique.ThismethodallowsforprecisedeterminationofthefluorescencedecaydynamicsbyrecordingthearrivaltimesofindividualphotonsemittedbytheQDs.Theexperimentalsetupconsistedofanexcitationsource(e.g.,apulsedlaser),asamplechamber,andaphotondetector. First,adilutesolutionofPbSQDswaspreparedbydispersingtheminasuitablesolvent.TheQDswerethendrop-castedontoaglassslideandlefttodry,formingathinfilm.Theglassslidewasplacedinthesamplechamber,andtheexcitationsourcewasfocusedontheQDfilmtoprovidethenecessaryexcitationener
