Methods:AtotalofXXpatientsdiagnosedwithACSandT2DMwereenrolledinthiscross-sectionalstudy.TheplasmaapoAlevelsweremeasuredbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA).CoronaryangiographywasperformedtoevaluatethedegreeofcoronaryarterystenosisusingtheGensiniscore. Results:TheplasmaapoAlevelswerefoundtobesignificantlylowerinT2DMpatientswithACScomparedtothosewithoutACS(p<0.05).Moreover,therewasanegativecorrelationbetweenapoAlevelsandtheGensiniscore(r=-0.XXX,p<0.05),indicatingthatlowerapoAlevelswereassociatedwithahigherdegreeofcoronaryarterystenosis. Conclusion:OurfindingssuggestthatlowerapoAlevelsareassociatedwithmoreseverecoronaryarterystenosisinT2DMpatientswithACS.FurtherstudiesarenecessarytoexploretheunderlyingmechanismsandevaluatethepotentialofapoAasabiomarkerforcardiovascularriskstratificationinthispatientpopulation.
