磁性聚苯胺腐殖酸复合微胶囊的制备及其对水中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能研究 摘要 本文采用简单的自组装方法制备了磁性聚苯胺腐殖酸复合微胶囊,并对其吸附水中Cr(Ⅵ)离子的性能进行了研究。制备过程中,首先制备了聚苯胺微球作为载体,然后将腐殖酸复合到微球表面,最后引入磁性颗粒制成磁性复合微胶囊。实验结果表明,磁性复合微胶囊对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附率高达98.5%,且吸附能力稳定,再生性能良好。 关键词:磁性复合微胶囊、聚苯胺、腐殖酸、吸附性能 Introduction Cr(Ⅵ)isoneofthemostcommonheavymetalpollutantsinwater.Itiswidelyusedinindustry,butitisharmfultohumanhealthandtheenvironment.Therefore,itisnecessarytodevelopaneffectivemethodtoremoveCr(Ⅵ)fromwater.Adsorptionisoneofthemosteffectivemethodstoremoveheavymetalionsfromwaterduetoitshighefficiency,lowcostandeasyoperation.Amongthem,theuseofadsorbentmicrocapsuleshasattractedmoreandmoreattentionduetotheiruniqueproperties,suchashighspecificsurfacearea,goodmechanicalproperties,andeasyseparation. Inrecentyears,magneticmaterialshavebeenwidelyusedinthefieldofadsorptionduetotheirmagneticsensitivity.Magneticcompositemicrocapsuleshavebettermagneticpropertiesandenvironmentalstabilityduetotheintroductionofmagneticfunctionalgroups.Therefore,thepreparationofmagneticcompositemicrocapsuleshasbecomeanimportantresearchdirectioninthefieldofwatertreatment. Inthisstudy,magneticcompositemicrocapsuleswerepreparedbytheself-assemblymethod,andtheirabilitytoadsorbCr(Ⅵ)ionsinwaterwasinvestigated.Polyanilinemicrosphereswerefirstpreparedascarriers,andthenhumicacidwascomplexedonthesurfaceofmicrospheres.Finally,magneticparticleswereintroducedtomakemagneticcompositemicrocapsules.Theresultsshowedthatthemagneticcompositemicrocapsuleshadhighadsorptioncapacityandstability,andgoodregenerationperformance.
