毡基碳碳复合材料的研究 Title:AStudyonCarbon-CarbonCompositeMaterialsReinforcedwithFelt-likeCarbonFibers Abstract: Carbon-carboncompositematerials(C/C)areknownfortheirexceptionalmechanicalpropertiesandhighthermalstability.Inrecentyears,researchershavebeenexploringvariousmethodstoimprovetheperformanceofC/Ccomposites.Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivestudyontheuseoffelt-likecarbonfibersasareinforcementforC/Ccomposites.Theobjectiveistounderstandthepotentialbenefitsandchallengesassociatedwiththiscompositematerialandexploreitsapplicationinhigh-performanceengineeringcomponents. 1.Introduction: Carbon-carboncompositesarewidelyusedinaerospace,automotive,andotherhigh-performanceapplicationsduetotheirexceptionalstrength,lowdensity,andhighthermalandchemicalstability.However,thereisstillroomforimprovementintermsofenhancingtheirmechanicalpropertiesandreducingproductioncosts.Felt-likecarbonfibers,characterizedbytheirporousandinterconnectedstructure,havegarneredconsiderableattentionasapotentialreinforcementmaterialforC/Ccomposites. 2.MaterialandManufacturingTechniques: Theproductionoffelt-likecarbonfibersinvolvesthestabilizationandcarbonizationofprecursorfibers,typicallymadefrompolyacrylonitrile(PAN),rayon,orpetroleumpitch.Variousmanufacturingtechniques,suchasneedlepunching,cross-lapping,andneedlefelting,canbeemployedtocreatethedesiredfeltstructure.Duringthecarbonizationprocess,theprecursorfibersareheatedtoeliminatenon-carbonelementsandconvertthemintocarbon. 3.MechanicalProperties: Thefelt-likecarbonfibersofferseveraladvantagesintermsofmechanicalproperties.Theporousstructureprovideshighinterfacialbondingbetweenthefibersandthematrix,enhancingtheloadtransfercapacity.Thehigh-densitynetworkoffibersoffersexcellentresistancetocrackpropagationanddelamination.Additionally,thehighspecificsurfaceareaoffelt-likefiberscontributestoimprovedthermalconductivityandelectricalconductivity. 4.ThermalStability: C/Ccompositesreinforcedwithfelt-likecarbonfibersshowenhancedthermalstabilityduetotheexcellentthermalprope
