棉秆皮纤维增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料的制备及降解性能研究 摘要: 本文研究了棉秆皮纤维增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBB)复合材料的制备及其降解性能。采用手工制备法和压片成型法制备了不同含量的棉秆皮纤维增强PBB复合材料,并利用热重分析和扫描电镜对其降解性能进行了测试。结果表明,棉秆皮纤维可以显著提高PBB复合材料的力学性能和热稳定性,但会降低其热分解温度和玻璃转化温度。此外,随着棉秆皮纤维含量的增加,复合材料的水分吸收率和降解速度也显著增加。因此,在制备棉秆皮纤维增强PBB复合材料时,应根据具体应用要求选择合适的纤维含量和加工工艺。 关键词:棉秆皮纤维;聚丁二酸丁二醇酯;复合材料;降解性能 Introduction Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernindustry,traditionalmaterialssuchasmetal,wood,andconcretearegraduallybeingreplacedbycompositematerials,whichhavetheadvantagesoflightweight,highstrength,andgoodcorrosionresistance.However,mostofthesyntheticpolymersusedincompositematerialshavepoorbiodegradabilityandtendtoaccumulateintheenvironment,causingseriouspollutionandecologicalproblems.Therefore,theresearchanddevelopmentofbiodegradablecompositematerialshasbecomeanimportantdirectioninthefieldofmaterialsscience.
