常减压蒸馏装置工艺防腐应用及进展 Title:ApplicationandProgressofProcessAnti-corrosioninContinuousReducedPressureDistillationUnits Abstract: Continuousreducedpressuredistillationunits(CRPDUs)arewidelyusedinvariousindustriesfortheseparationandpurificationofmixtures.However,theseunitsaresusceptibletocorrosionduetotheharshoperatingconditionsandcorrosivenatureoftheprocessfluids.Toensurethelong-termreliabilityandsafetyofCRPDUs,variousanti-corrosionmeasureshavebeendevelopedandimplemented.Thispaperdiscussestheapplicationandprogressofprocessanti-corrosioninCRPDUs,includingtheselectionofcorrosion-resistantmaterials,designconsiderations,andmaintenancestrategies.Furthermore,recentadvancementsincorrosionpreventiontechniquesandfutureprospectsinthisfieldarealsopresented. 1.Introduction Continuousreducedpressuredistillationunitsplayacrucialroleinindustriessuchaspetroleumrefining,chemicalprocessing,andpharmaceuticalmanufacturing.Theseunitsareprimarilyemployedfortheseparationandpurificationofvariousmixtures,includingcrudeoil,solvents,andchemicalintermediates.However,theaggressivenatureoftheprocessfluids,hightemperatures,andcorrosiveenvironmentspresentsignificantchallengesforthelong-termoperationofCRPDUs. 2.CorrosionMechanisms UnderstandingthecorrosionmechanismsinCRPDUsisessentialfordevelopingeffectiveanti-corrosionstrategies.Commoncorrosionmechanismsincludegeneralcorrosion,pittingcorrosion,crevicecorrosion,andstresscorrosioncracking.Factorssuchastemperature,pressure,fluidcomposition,andthepresenceofimpuritiescansignificantlyinfluencethecorrosionrates. 3.Corrosion-ResistantMaterials TheselectionofappropriatematerialsiscriticalinmitigatingcorrosioninCRPDUs.Variouscorrosion-resistantmaterialssuchasstainlesssteels,nickel-basedalloys,andtitaniumalloyshavebeenextensivelyemployedintheconstructionofkeycomponentsofCRPDUs.Thecorrosionresistanceofthesematerialsisinfluencedbyfactorssuchasalloycomposition,surfacefinish,protectivecoatings,andtemperaturelimitations. 4.DesignConsiderations ThedesignofCRPDUsshouldinc
