基于精密二轴转台的大尺寸测量相机高效灵活标定方法(英文) Abstract Imagecalibrationisanessentialstepforaccuratemeasurementincomputervision.Inthispaper,weproposeanefficientandflexiblecalibrationmethodforlarge-scalemeasurementcamerasbasedonaprecisiontwo-axisturntable.Themethodstartsbyacquiringimagesofacustomcalibrationboardatdifferentangulationanglesanddistancesusingthetwo-axisturntable.Theseimagesarethenprocessedtoextractfeaturepointswhichareusedtoperformcameraparameterestimation.Experimentsconductedonalargescalemeasurementcamerademonstratethatourmethodiseffectiveinobtainingaccuratecameracalibrationparametersquicklyandflexibly. Introduction Cameracalibrationisanessentialstepforprecisemeasurementincomputervision.Accuratecameraparameterestimationisnecessarytocompensateforcameralensdistortionandobtainaccuratemeasurements.Currentcalibrationmethodsforcamerastypicallyinvolvecalibrationboards,whichcontainpredefinedpatternsofknownposesinthecamera'sfieldofview.Thesepatternsareusedtoextractfeaturespoints,whicharethenusedtoestimatethecamera'sintrinsicandextrinsicparameters.However,traditionalcalibrationboardsareoftenlimitedinsize,makingthemimpracticalforlarge-scalemeasurementcameras. Toaddressthisissue,weproposeacalibrationmethodbasedonaprecisetwo-axisturntablethatenableslarge-scalemeasurementcameracalibration.Theproposedmethodinvolvestheuseofacustomcalibrationboardandaprecisiontwo-axisturntabletoacquireimagesofthecalibrationboardatdifferentangulationanglesanddistances.Theresultingimagesarethenprocessedtoextractfeaturepoints,whichareusedtoperformcameraparameterestimation. RelatedWorks Cameracalibrationisawell-studiedareaincomputervisionresearch,andvariousmethodshavebeendevelopedovertheyears.Themostcommonapproachesarebasedontheuseofcalibrationboardpatternsthatcontainpredefinedposes.Thesepatternsareusedtoextractfeaturepointsintheimages,andthesepointsarethenusedtosolveforthecamera'sintrinsicandextrinsicparameters. Traditionalcalibrationboardsarelimitedinsize,leadingtochallengesfortheiruseinlarge-scalemeasurem
