基于黑龙江大学站研究大气颗粒物有机氯农药的粒径分布 Title:SizeDistributionofOrganochlorinePesticidesinAtmosphericParticulateMatteratHarbin,HeilongjiangProvince 1.Introduction: Organochlorinepesticides(OCPs)areaclassofpersistentorganicpollutantsthathavedetrimentaleffectsonhumanhealthandtheenvironment.Thesetoxicchemicalsareknowntoaccumulateintheatmosphereaspartofatmosphericparticulatematter(PM).UnderstandingthesizedistributionofOCPsinPMiscrucialforassessingtheirtransport,deposition,andpotentialhealthrisks.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethesizedistributionofOCPsinatmosphericPMatHarbin,HeilongjiangProvince. 2.Methodology: 2.1SampleCollection: AirbornePMsampleswerecollectedusingahigh-volumePMsamplerattheBlackDragonRiverUniversitystationinHarbin.Thesampleroperatedataflowrateof1.13m^3/min,andsampleswerecollectedonpre-weighed47mmTeflonfilters. 2.2SampleExtractionandAnalysis: Thecollectedfilterswereextractedusingacombinationofultrasound-assistedextractionandSoxhletextractionwithamixtureofhexaneandacetone.Theextractedsampleswerethensubjectedtogaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)analysis.ThesizedistributionofOCPsinPMwasdeterminedbyanalyzingdifferentsizefractions(coarseandfine)ofPMsamples. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: 3.1OCPConcentrationsinPM: TheconcentrationofOCPsinPMwasfoundtovarybetweendifferentsizefractions.ThefinePMfraction(PM2.5)showedhigherconcentrationsofOCPscomparedtothecoarsePMfraction(PM2.5-10).ThissuggeststhatOCPsareprimarilyassociatedwithfineparticlesintheatmosphere,whichcouldbemainlyderivedfromcombustionsources,atmospherictransformation,andlong-rangetransport. 3.2SizeDistributionofOCPs: Thesizedistributionanalysisrevealedthatsmallerparticles(PM2.5)haveahigherproportionofOCPscomparedtolargerparticles(PM2.5-10).Thisisconsistentwiththefindingsfrompreviousstudiesandcanbeattributedtothehighersurfacearea-to-volumeratioofsmallerparticles,whichmakesthemmoreefficientinadsorbingOCPsfromthegasphase.Additionally,theobservedsizedistributionpatterncouldbeinfluencedbymeteorologicalconditions,atmosphericstabi
