基于最大偏差法与TOPSIS的多项目管理绩效评价 Abstract Theevaluationofprojectmanagementperformanceisessentialtoensurethesuccessfulcompletionofaproject.Inthispaper,wepresentacomparativeanalysisoftheMaximumDeviationMethod(MDM)andTechniqueforOrderofPreferencebySimilaritytoIdealSolution(TOPSIS)fortheevaluationofprojectmanagementperformanceinamulti-projectenvironment.TheMDMmethodemphasizestheimportanceofthelargestdeviationfromthetarget,whereastheTOPSISmethodconsidersthesimilaritytotheidealsolutionandthedistanceofeachprojectfromtheidealsolution.Weapplybothmethodstoasetofmulti-projectsdataandcomparetheresultstodemonstratetheeffectivenessofthetwomethods. Introduction Inrecentyears,therehasbeenagrowingdemandforprojectmanagementperformanceevaluationinmulti-projectenvironments.Thesuccessorfailureofaprojectdependsonthemanagementperformance.Therefore,itisimportanttoevaluatetheprojectmanagementperformanceregularlytoensurethesuccessfulcompletionofaproject.Evaluatingtheprojectmanagementperformancecanalsohelpmanagerstoidentifyareasthatrequireimprovementandtakecorrectiveactions. Therearemanymethodsforevaluatingprojectmanagementperformance.Inthispaper,wefocusontheMaximumDeviationMethod(MDM)andTechniqueforOrderofPreferencebySimilaritytoIdealSolution(TOPSIS).Thesetwomethodsarecommonlyusedinprojectmanagementperformanceevaluation.TheMDMmethodemphasizestheimportanceofthelargestdeviationfromthetarget,andtheTOPSISmethodconsidersthesimilaritytotheidealsolutionandthedistanceofeachprojectfromtheidealsolution. MaximalDeviationMethod TheMDMmethodisbasedontheprincipleofmaximumdeviation.Itmeasurestheprojectperformancebycomparingtheactualvalueofthetargetvariablewiththetargetvalue.Thelargestdeviationfromthetargetistakenasthemeasureofprojectperformance.TheformulafortheMDMis: MDM=(Xi−Ti)/Ti whereXiistheactualvalueofthetargetvariable,Tiisthetargetvalue,andiistheprojectnumber.TheMDMmethodcalculatestheMDMvalueforeachprojectandrankstheprojectsbasedontheirMDMvalues.TheprojectwiththehighestMDMvalueisrankedfirst,whiletheprojectwi
