基于Radon变换的运动模糊方向估计的改进算法研究(英文) Abstract: Motionblurisacommonprobleminimageprocessing,whichdegradesthevisualqualityofimages.Acommonapproachtoeliminatemotionbluristoestimatethemotionblurdirectionandthenapplyadeblurringfiltertorestoretheimage.Inthispaper,weproposeanimprovedalgorithmformotionblurdirectionestimationbasedonRadontransform.Ouralgorithmemploysacombinationofdirectionalgradientfilteringandfrequencyanalysistoimprovetheaccuracyofblurdirectionestimation.ExperimentalresultsshowthatouralgorithmoutperformsthetraditionalRadontransformbasedapproachintermsofaccuracyandrobustness. Introduction: Motionblurisacommonlyencounteredprobleminimageprocessing,whichiscausedbyrelativemovementbetweenthecameraandobjectsduringimagecapture.Theresultingblurdegradesthevisualqualityofimagesandmakesimageanalysistaskssuchasobjectrecognitionandtrackingmoredifficult.Therefore,deblurringisanimportanttaskinimageprocessing,andmotionblurdirectionestimationisakeystepinthedeblurringprocess.Variousmethodshavebeenproposedintheliteratureformotionblurdirectionestimationbasedonimagecharacteristics,suchasedgesandtexture.Radontransformisoneofthemostwidelyusedmethodsformotionblurdirectionestimationduetoitseffectivenessandsimplicity. TheRadontransformisamathematicaloperationthattransformsanimageintoaprojectionsspace,whereeachprojectioncorrespondstothesumofimageintensitiesalongacertaindirection.Theprojectionscanbeanalyzedtoidentifythedominantdirectionofmotionblur.However,theaccuracyandrobustnessofthetraditionalRadontransformbasedapproachcanbeaffectedbyvariousfactorssuchasnoiseandimagetexture.Inthispaper,weproposeanimprovedalgorithmformotionblurdirectionestimationbasedonRadontransformthataddressesthesechallenges.
