基于COMGIS的房产测绘管理系统设计与实现 Abstract: Realestatesurveyingandmappingisanessentialtaskinlandmanagementandurbanplanning.Traditionalsurveyingmethodsoftenrequireextensivemanpowerandtime,whichcanbeinefficientandpronetoerrors.Withtheadvancementoftechnology,theuseofGeographicInformationSystem(GIS)basedonComputer-aidedDesign(CAD)hasgainedpopularityinrealestatesurveyingandmapping.ThispaperaimstodesignandimplementarealestatesurveyingandmappingmanagementsystembasedonCOMGIS,whichwouldimprovetheefficiencyandaccuracyoftheprocess. 1.Introduction Realestatesurveyingandmappinginvolvesdetailedmeasurementsanddrawingsofproperties,includinglandboundaries,topography,andstructures.Itisconductedtoestablishlegalpropertyownership,assesspropertyvalues,andsupporturbanplanning.Traditionalsurveyingmethodsoftenrelyonmanualcalculationsandmeasurements,leadingtotime-consuminganderror-proneprocesses.Toaddresstheselimitations,theintegrationofGISandCADtechnologiescanofferimprovedefficiency,accuracy,andautomation. 2.SystemRequirements Therealestatesurveyingandmappingmanagementsystemshouldpossessthefollowingfunctionalities: -Datacollection:Thesystemshouldprovidetoolsforcollectingdata,suchasGPSmeasurements,satelliteimagery,andpropertyrecords. -Dataintegration:Itshouldallowtheintegrationofvariousdatasources,includingsurveydataandexistingGISdata,tocreatecomprehensiveandaccuratepropertymaps. -Datavisualization:Thesystemshouldhavevisualizationcapabilitiestopresentthecollectedandintegrateddatainanintuitiveanduser-friendlymanner. -Dataanalysis:Usersshouldbeabletoperformspatialanalysisandmeasurementsonthecollecteddata,suchasdistancecalculations,areacalculations,andterrainmodeling. -Reportgeneration:Thesystemshouldallowfortheautomaticgenerationofreports,includingpropertymaps,measurementreports,andlegaldocuments. 3.SystemDesign TherealestatesurveyingandmappingmanagementsystemwillbedesignedusingaComponentObjectModel(COM)GISframework.COMGISprovidesastandardizedapproachtodevelopingGISapplicationsbycreatingCOMcomponentsthat
