响应面法优化杭白菊挥发油超临界CO_2萃取工艺 OptimizationofSupercriticalCO2ExtractionProcessforChrysanthemumOilUsingResponseSurfaceMethodology Abstract: Chrysanthemumoilisavaluableessentialoilwithvarioustherapeuticproperties.SupercriticalCO2extractionisconsideredaneffectivemethodfortheextractionofchrysanthemumoilduetoitshighselectivityandlowenvironmentalimpact.Inthisstudy,responsesurfacemethodology(RSM)wasemployedtooptimizetheextractionprocessparameters,includingextractiontemperature,extractionpressure,andextractiontime,inordertomaximizetheyieldofchrysanthemumoil.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextractionconditionswereobtainedatatemperatureof45°C,apressureof300bar,andanextractiontimeof120minutes.Undertheseconditions,theextractionyieldofchrysanthemumoilwasfoundtobe4.78%.Theobtainedchrysanthemumoilwasfurthercharacterizedbygaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)analysis,whichidentifiedthemajorcomponentsascamphor,linalool,andβ-caryophyllene.TheoptimizedsupercriticalCO2extractionprocessprovidesapotentialmethodfortheefficientproductionofchrysanthemumoilwithhighquality. 1.Introduction: Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemumindicum)isacommonflowerplantthatiswidelycultivatedforitsornamentalvalue.Itisalsowellknownforitsmedicinalproperties,particularlyintraditionalChinesemedicine.Chrysanthemumoil,extractedfromtheflowersofchrysanthemum,containsavarietyofbioactivecompoundsthatexhibitvariouspharmacologicalactivities,suchasanti-inflammatory,antioxidant,andantibacterialeffects.Therefore,theextractionofchrysanthemumoilhasattractedincreasingattentioninrecentyears. SupercriticalCO2extractionisapromisingtechniquefortheextractionofnaturalproducts,includingessentialoils,duetoitsadvantagesoverconventionalsolventextractionmethods.SupercriticalCO2hasalowcriticaltemperatureandpressure,allowingfortheextractionofheat-sensitivecompoundswithoutdenaturation.Itisalsonon-toxic,non-flammable,andenvironmentallyfriendly.Therefore,theoptimizationofthesupercriticalCO2extractionprocessforchrysanthemumoilisofgreatsignificanceforthedevel
