一种基于WiFi信道状态信息的人体感知算法 Title:WiFiChannelStateInformation-BasedHumanSensingAlgorithm Abstract: WiththeincreasingadoptionofWiFitechnologyinourdailylives,thereisanemerginginterestinleveragingWiFisignalsforhumansensingapplications.ThispaperpresentsanovelalgorithmthatutilizesWiFichannelstateinformation(CSI)todetectandtrackhumanpresenceinanindoorenvironment.ThealgorithmexploitsthevariationsintheWiFisignalcausedbyhumanmovement,whichenablesaccurateandreal-timehumansensingwithouttheneedforadditionalsensorsordevices. 1.Introduction 1.1Background Wirelessfidelity(WiFi)hasbecomeanintegralpartofourlives,providinghigh-speedinternetconnectivity.WiFisignalspropagateintheenvironmentandexhibitvariationsduetotheinteractionwithobjectsandpeople.Thesevariationsinsignalstrengthandchannelstateinformationcanbeleveragedtodetectandtrackhumanpresence. 1.2Motivation Traditionalhumansensingtechniquesinvolvetheuseofcameras,infraredsensors,orwearabledevices.Thesemethodshavelimitationssuchasprivacyconcerns,restrictedcoverage,andtheneedforadditionalhardware.ByutilizingWiFisignals,wecanovercometheselimitationsandenableanon-invasiveandmorescalablesolutionforhumansensing. 2.WiFiChannelStateInformation 2.1Overview WiFichannelstateinformation(CSI)referstothedetailedinformationaboutthewirelesschannelbetweenthetransmitterandreceiver.Itincludessubcarriers,signalpower,phase,andfrequencyresponse,whicharetypicallyconcealedfromWiFidevices. 2.2ExtractionofCSI ToobtainCSI,ouralgorithmrequiresaWiFidevicewithaspecializedfirmwarethatprovidesaccesstotherawCSIdata.Recentadvancementsinsoftware-definedradios(SDRs)havemadeitpossibletoextractCSIfromcommodityWiFidevices. 3.HumanSensingAlgorithm 3.1DetectionofHumanPresence Thealgorithmutilizesthevariationsinthereceivedsignalstrengthindicator(RSSI)causedbythepresenceofahuman.ByanalyzingthetemporalchangesinRSSI,wedetectthepresenceofapersonwithintheWiFicoveragearea. 3.2TrackingHumanMovement Totrackhumanmovement,thealgorithmleveragesthevariationsinthephaseofthereceivedWiFisignal
