重型卡车轮毂轴承中滚子的对数曲线凸度优化设计 摘要: 在重载条件下,卡车轮毂轴承是重要的承重部件之一。在卡车运行过程中,经常受到复杂的力学载荷作用,轴承的寿命和安全性能对驾驶员和其他道路用户的安全至关重要。对于卡车轮毂轴承而言,轴承滚子是轴承中最重要的零件,其数量和凸度直接决定着轴承的承载能力。因此,滚子的对数曲线凸度优化设计是能够提高卡车轮毂轴承安全性能和寿命的关键。 本文主要介绍了重型卡车轮毂轴承中滚子的对数曲线凸度优化设计。首先,本文分析了对数曲线凸度优化设计的相关理论和应用,包括凸度的定义、影响凸度的因素、凸度与轴承承载能力的关系等。其次,本文介绍了卡车轮毂轴承的结构和工作原理,并讨论了滚子数量和凸度对轴承承载能力的影响。然后,通过数值分析的方法,本文探究了滚子的对数曲线凸度对轴承性能的影响,确立了最优凸度值,并对比了优化设计前后轴承的承载能力变化。最后,本文提出了对数曲线凸度优化设计在卡车轮毂轴承中的应用前景。 关键词:卡车轮毂轴承,滚子,对数曲线凸度,优化设计,承载能力 Introduction: Inheavy-dutyconditions,thetruckhubbearingisoneoftheimportantload-bearingcomponents.Duringtheoperationofthetruck,itisoftensubjectedtocomplexmechanicalloads.Thelifeandsafetyperformanceofthebearingarecrucialtothesafedrivingofthedriverandotherroadusers.Fortruckhubbearings,thebearingrollersarethemostimportantpartsofthebearing,andthequantityandcurvatureoftherollersdirectlydeterminethebearingcapacityofthebearing.Therefore,theoptimizationdesignofthelogarithmiccurveconvexityoftherolleristhekeytoimprovingthesafetyperformanceandlifeofthetruckhubbearing. Thispapermainlyintroducestheoptimizationdesignofthelogarithmiccurveconvexityoftherollerintheheavy-dutytruckhubbearing.Firstly,thispaperanalyzestherelevanttheoryandapplicationoftheoptimizationdesignofthelogarithmiccurveconvexity,includingthedefinitionofconvexity,thefactorsaffectingconvexity,andtherelationshipbetweenconvexityandbearingloadcapacity.Secondly,thispaperintroducesthestructureandworkingprincipleofthetruckhubbearing,anddiscussestheinfluenceoftherollerquantityandcurvatureonthebearingloadcapacity.Then,throughnumericalanalysis,thispaperexplorestheinfluenceofthelogarithmiccurveconvexityoftherolleronthebearingperformance,establishestheoptimalconvexityvalue,andcomparesthechangesinbearingloadcapacitybeforeandaftertheoptimizationdesign.Finally,thispaperputsforwardtheapplicationprospectoftheoptimizationdesignofthelogarithmiccurveconvexityinthetruckhubbearing.
